A large, freestanding, open plan house set in a beautiful, tranquil and totally private garden. The house is perfectly positioned and equipped for entertaining and is 2 minutes drive from the lively resort of Camps Bay which offers many restaurants, bars and shops as well as the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Camps Bay is 10 minutes drive from the popular waterfront shops and 25 minutes drive from the airport. It is also well positioned for access to an abundance of beautiful golf courses and wine farms.

Notes on accommodation: There is a large garage with space for 3 cars and direct access to the property. The house is fully alarmed with external beams through the garden and rapid response. There is also off street parking for 2 cars. The house is fully equipped for children and has all the necessary safety features such as pool cover and pond net. There is wireless ADSL throughout the house and DSTV. Outside: The outside area of the house is perfect for entertaining with a private, secluded garden and private pool for sole use by guests. There are terraces across the front of the house with sea views and BBQ facilities as well as loungers and dining tables and chairs on both levels. Large sliding doors across the front of the house open to provide a wonderful flow between in and outside entertainment areas. Utility Room: The utility room is off the kitchen and features a dishwasher, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment and plenty of storage space. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided with weekly or twice weekly maid service by arrangement. The garden and pool are also maintained twice weekly. Other: A second lounge area features a bar and TV and DVD, sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony with steps down to the pool area. There is plenty of outside space and furniture for entertaining.
