The extremely large lounge has a very spacious balcony with a dining table and 6 chairs overlooking one of the swimming pools. The en suite king size bedroom also has a large balcony with sun loungers and tables. It also has a walk-in dressing room. Sky TV is available throughout the apartment with TVs in every bedroom and the lounge. For your enjoyment there is also a DVD player, video, stereo, karaoke and a large number of discs etc for your pleasure. All the window blinds are fully automated with electric awnings. The apartment boasts a very large roof terrace with sun loungers, dining area and patio furniture etc. Ideal for barbecues and sun worshippers alike. An ideal place for a party!

El paraiso stay

Absolutely stunning propert boasting all that is needed to have a fantastic time, be it total relaxation or constant on the move travelling utilising the place literally as a place to sleep. The local area was absolutely perfect with local community spanish and british alike being spot on. Very friendly and welcoming indeed. Everything more or less within walking distance and very easy bus routes for further afield exploration. Two very good beaches within easy reach of the property with many bars and restaurants also. Little markets within five minutes walk or if you want to have more produce for you money there is a mercoda and two ldl supermarkets within fifteen to twenty minute walk either side of the urbanization. The property is as good as you see online and you will not be dissapointed trust me. I would rate this place ten out of ten and the proprieters i would also rate ten out of ten as communication was always possible and local aide was also available (not that we really needed it) as everything was amazing. All utilites were amazing and operational as well as boasting a top notch air conditioning system. I would recommend this place to anybody. Superb and well worth every penny.

Great family holiday!

We had our family holiday here and had a fantastic time. There was seven plus a baby (cot was provided), and we had ample room in this accommodation. Most of the time we had the well kept, pool area to ourselves to swim and relax. The neighbours we did meet we’re all very friendly. We sampled many of the local restaurants and bars which were an ease to walk to, and had a few family BBQ’s on the patio rooftop! The house had everything we needed- it was a home away from home. Our experience in total here was memorable and easy- just what a family holiday should be! Thanks a million to both Peter and Stephen for all their help to make it go so smoothly!

Very convenient to all amenities without having to use a car

Excellent apartment in the Bena Vista area. Convenient for restaurants and bars and also for fresh bread every morning. Easy access to numerous golf clubs.

Great Apartment in a lovely area close to great restaurants, supermarkets and buses !

The apartment was lovely! Family of five shared and had plenty of room. Beds very comfortable master bedroom is very big with its own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite plus a huge balcony! Two other bedrooms have two singles which can be put together and there's another single bedroom too! 4 bedrooms altogether we had one unused. Kitchen has everything you need dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer cooker, separate hob, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle etc. Making dinner was simple! The roof terrace is very large, up a set of swirly steps. Sun beds up there plus a fridge and another dining table with chairs great for evenings! The living room terrace has a big dining table and chairs too sun in the evening so we ate there mostly as it has a nice electric ceiling shade. The pool is accessed round the building which only took a couple of minutes and there's four sun beds for anyone to use we used them all the time no one else there most days! Great having pool to yourself!! Altogether BRILLIANT!! Loved it and the area too! Great restaurants 3 mins walk away must be 10 or more close by and four great supermarkets,all close, one 2 mins walk! Bus stop 3 mins walk. Highly recommend it!

Sun Gardens

We spent two and a half weeks at the apartment in Sun Gardens, El Paraiso, in May 2016. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean, and suited us very well for the time we spent there. The location was perfect for us as we were playing golf (the El Paraiso Golf Course is very close by).

This beautiful 4 bedroomed duplex apartment is set in an ideal location within peaceful and tranquil garden surroundings whilst being only a 5 minute stroll from numerous bars, restaurants, local shops , banks etc.
There are 2 swimming pools plus a kiddies paddling pool all within a secure gated area. The beach is also only a short stroll away.

What makes this property unique

An extremely large apartment with an exceptionally large roof terrace with all the benefits of sunbathing at its very best. Please make sure that you bring your sun tan lotion with you, as it can get really hot up there.
There are also 2 large balconies which are ideal for dining or sun-bathing, both overlooking one of the swimming pools.
