Located just a mile and a half from the centre of Corralejo and situated in its own mini village with cafe bar, Italian bar,children’s play areas and large supermarket. The accommodation includes a kitchen area which is fully fitted with an oven hob and extractor fan. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board, dishwasher and a washing machine situated in the utility area. The property also boasts a magnificent Jacuzzi and solar heated pool. Hi. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 young boys. We bought in Fuerteventura because we fell in love with the Island on our first visit. We have made our villa "home from home". We have endeavoured to make things as comfortable as possible and to give holiday makers everything we ourselves would like to find.

We love this villa because it has everything you could possibly need. We love the hot tub and pool for the total chill out and relaxation. We love the fact that there is a large supermarket and bars on site. We love the close proximity to the sand dunes which remind us of the Caribbean. We love the location of this villa because it is on the edge of the development and therefore not overlooked. Most of our guests comment that this Villa is home from home!

Notes on accommodation: This property is home from home and your stay here will be unforgettable. There is a baby walker, cot, highchair and microwave steriliser (Avent bottles) available for use. Airport transfers can be arranged. This property is not overlooked and is in an enviable position with sea views. Outside: A private Jacuzzi and solar heated Pool are situated on the rear patio area, making your stay here more enjoyable. The property also enjoys an enviable position, with enviable views and is not overlooked. Utility Room: Washing machine and drying area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is cleaned and linen changed at the end of each rental. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra cost, if required. Other: To the outside of the property there is a large patio area with a luxurious Jacuzzi and pool. Also there is patio furniture and a George Foreman BBQ. Travel cot and highchair available as well as a baby walker steriliser and bottles.

Great Villa, Shame about the construction works

Pros :- Villa as described and very well equipped and better than the pictures. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons :- A dual carriageway is being constructed 150m from the villa and a quarry 100m away (excavators, huge dump trucks, lorries and rock pilers). This led to constant loud noise from dawn to dusk every weekday. Even with ear plugs in, it was too disturbing to stay in the villa so we had to go into Corralejo / El Cotillo / Lajares instead.

We think we should have been made aware of these ongoing works as we certainly wouldn’t have booked had we known a dual carriageway was being constructed so close to the villa. They look to have been building for some time and I cant see them finishing any time this year (2017).

Also, all the bars and restaurants on the complex except pablos bar were closed down some months ago. The Hiperdino supermarket is well stocked and prices are good.

Note that the exit road from the complex has moved 2 miles to the south adding about 10 minutes to the journey time to Corralejo.

The pool was very cold but it was late February so to be expected.

5 stars for the villa but 1 star due to the noise so we think 3 stars overall.

Owner's Response: We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. The whole of Corralejo has been subject to improvement works for the last 2 years. These have stopped and started at differing times and without notice. The work close to the Villa is to connect the roads on the villa's site up to the main carriage way and therefore the noise from these works should not continue indefinitely. Typically in Spain, workers work from 8am until about 2pm and then have siesta until early evening time. They do not normally work Saturday and Sunday. There has only ever been 2 bars (exactly as advertised) on the site and 1 large supermarket. There was previously an English bar but this was replaced by an Italian Bar/ Restaurant and this is located right at the side of Pablos Café Bar. We understand that the exit has been moved from the side of the supermarket to the opposite side of the Commercial units. Our understanding is that this is not 2 miles and certainly would not add 10 minutes to a journey by car. We have many repeat guests that return on an ongoing basis and have been perfectly happy with their stay. We strive to ensure that the villa and its facilities are exactly the way we as a family would like to find them.

Just returned from spending 10 days at this villa which is Absolutely Beautiful, very clean, well equipted with everything you could possibly need and a relaxing atmosphere. The owner is friendly, the managing agents are helpful and even the neighbours were welcoming - will definitely be returning

We had a fantastic week at this lovely modem well equipped and well maintained villa. Having the pool and jacuzzi is like having your own mini spa - who could ask for more - total relaxation. In our opinion the owners have got it spot on - so much so we hope to return next year for two weeks. Robert and Diane

Spent a week here in this fabulous villa which was just perfect for us as a couple, who just wanted to while away the time doing very little. Very well equipped kitchen, I thoroughly enjoyed preparing our breakfast each morning which we ate al fresco in the sunshine. The pool and patio area was glorious, in the sun all day, absolute sun trap. The hot tub was an added bonus, though we didn't use it much as my partner overdid it in the sun!! A perfect little getaway from it all, a 5 min walk from very well equipped supermarket, and a lovely little Spanish place, Casa Pablos, open from early till late - they do a lovely English breakfast here also! about a 7 min drive from busy town centre - taxi 6-8 Eur, or a bus hourly for 1.40. We are definitely going to try and return.

Im actually sitting by the pool at this villa waiting to go home (not happy)This villa is a perfect home from home, spotless and everything you could need inside, pool was fab and the hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening, supermarket and pub just round the corner, it was that good we didn't leave the villa for the whole week except to go supermarket and pub twice. Anyone who books this villa WILL NOT be disappointed in anyway..the owners and agents so helpful nothing to much trouble and can't wait to return here again

The property is situated approximately a 5 minute drive from the magnificent sand dunes which Fuerteventura is famous for. There is an excellent local bus service.


The airport is approximately a 30 mins drive.

Airport transfers can be arranged.


Approximately a mile and a half from the centre of Corralejo. A taxi ride costs approx 5 euros each way and there is a regular bus service

There is a fantastic waterpark situated in the centre of Corralejo. There is also an abundance of shops and bars/restaurants, a bowling alley, crazy golf and a market twice weekly.We make every effort to ensure that the facilities are kept updated and replaced. Cancellation charges will apply at the rate of:
50% for cancellations 8 weeks or less.
100% for cancellations of 4 weeks or less.
