Apartment in Miraflores, Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol - Very Quiet Location, Ideally Placed For Families And Couples, 10 Min Walk To The Nearest Beach


A spacious 2 bedroom, fully air-conditioned, garden apartment with a sunny south facing aspect, over looking the pool and with sea views. Located at Rancho A in the prestigious Miraflores development at Riviera del Sol, Mijas Costa.

The apartment has WIFI (included in the rental price) and has a 47'' smart TV, its own private terrace (including BBQ, table, chairs and loungers) leading to its own garden area overlooking a communal pool and toddler pool which are set in tropical gardens.

The pool area includes showers, WCs, sun loungers, straw umbrellas, and there is a pool bar which serves drinks and light meals.

The apartment is set back off the road and is extremely quiet with parking directly outside.

There is a supermarket and restaurants only a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. The complex of Riviera del Sol, which has a number of shops and various restaurants is a 15-20 minute walk away. More restaurants are located nearby and La Cala town is only 5 minutes in the car.

There are numerous beaches to chose from. A few are within walking distance. The new coastal walkway along the beach is a short walk away.

There is a taxi rank at Riviera del Sol and the bus stop for the service which runs along the coast is only 600m away from the apartment.

Miraflores is in a central location on the Costa del Sol, it is only 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport and ideally situated between Fuengirola (10 min) and Marbella (15 min), near to the beach and numerous golf courses.

About the Owner

We bought the apartment a number of years ago when our children were quite young and have had many great holidays at all times of the year. They are now teenagers and they still love their holidays here. It is ideal for all ages.

We spend our time playing golf at the numerous local courses, or on a lazy day its spent by the pool or on the loungers in our garden outside the apartment. The beach is close by and we go for long walks on the coastal walk way. The evenings are spent with a glass of wine on our terrace, watching the stars and enjoying the peace and quiet after a meal at one of the local restaurants or after a barbecue. We also have friends and family who return each year as they love the place as we do. Then when we come home we plan our next visit!

A really nice, well kept property. We were in the pool every morning and in the sea in the evening. We had a car and parking was always available outside the building. A thoroughly relaxing holiday. Would certainly recommend both the flat and the area. We intend to return!

My 7 years old grandson, my wife and I had a lovely stay in Barbara & Stuart's apartment. On our arrival we were greeted by Barbara's agent, Nicky. He showed me all around the apartment and complex. There is a small comprehensive supermarket about 500metres away however there is a larger supermarket for the big shop.

The apartment is probably one of the best we have stayed in for its extensive inventory. The swimming pool awas a delight and run by pleasant staff. We found the use of a car invaluable.

We had a super holiday and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Very clean and spacious ground floor apartment set in beautifully kept gardens and securely located within gated urbanisation. Very useful detailed instructions/information received from owner. Lovely, quiet and relaxing pool area with bar/food. Lots of sandy beaches nearby, enjoyed Cabopino especially. Probably best to have car to get around.

Perfect family apartment

The apartment is perfect for a family holiday . Lounge overlooks patio and garden with direct access through patio doors. Pool is good size with beautiful gardens and a handy pool bar serving light snacks . Air con, dishwasher and smart tv make the holiday very comfortable . Car is probably recommended although it is possible to walk to supermarket bars and restaurants . Barbara's information pack covered everything to ensure smooth arrival/departure and all you need to know about the apartment and local area. Deposit returned the day we got home . Car parking right outside door - thanks great holiday.

Barbara ensured the booking and subsequent arrival was as easy as possible. The apartment lead out to a lovely patio area and super garden which overlooked the pool. The pool area was beautiful and extremely well kept. Everything you needed for a great holiday was there! Had a super time and loved the area too. James who picked us up was friendly and informative ... Even dropped us to local supermarket! Definitely would return! Thankyou Barbara!

Very relaxing holiday

We had a lovely stay at this property. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed for a family holiday. The weather was perfect sunny everyday.... the location is at the top of a hill so great views and very quiet! the pool is right near the apartment with a pool Bar to relax and have a drink whilst soaking up the rays!!! there are bars, supermarkets, restaurants etc... all close by plus the beach. We were a family of four with out adult sons of 21 & 24 who enjoyed their time with us too!

Would highly recommend this apartment too everyone its a great choice!

Thank you to the owners that couldn't do enough for us to make sure our stay was faultless....

Great ground floor apartment onto garden area.

This lovely ground floor 2 bedroom apartment has everything you could wish for. Easy access to the lawn through patio doors, all the white goods you will need, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Fridge Freezer, Toaster, 47"HD Smart TV with British channels and WI Fi, Aircon and instant hot water. All instructions from the airport and key collection and about the apartment were very useful from the owner.We walked to all the restaurants downhill in the evening and sometimes walked back, if not we got a cab from Mijas for 8 Euros. All in all communication was very good before booking and handing back the keys.Thanks Barbara.

Nearest Beach : Riviera at 600 Metres Car: recommended


The nearest beach is 10 mins walk (600m) and a short drive away are nurmerous beaches along the coast all with beautiful golden sands and acres of space.


Nearest airport: Malaga (20 mins). Car hire, though not essential is recommended in order to fully enjoy the area. We can provide a 15% discount for booking a car through a car hire company. Details provided on booking or available on request.


La Cala 1km. Marbella 15km. Fuengirola 8km. Malaga 30km.

The apartment is in a very quiet location within Miraflores with car parking directly outside. It is a short walk (5 minutes) from a complex of shops, restaurants and bars including:- Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean, Indian restaurants, Good Supermarket with freshly baked bread, Gift/Papershop (English papers), Cashpoint Machine, Hairdressers, internet cafe. A more comprehensive shopping plaza and further restaurants, bus stop and a taxi rank are a 15 mins walk and only a short drive away are more excellent restaurants and bars. Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or a minimum of £150) is required at the time of booking and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full prepayment is required at time of booking. Changeover Day:
Arrival times after 3pm and departure before 10am if the arriving and departure dates are cross over dates with other rentals.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Prices are stated in weekly rates although we are flexible on lengh of bookings.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking (min of £150), and the balance together with the security deposit is due 8 weeks before departure. On payment of the final balance an email will be sent confirming all details of the apartment, key arrangements, local amenities, places to visit etc.
The security deposit will be returned when you return home.

  • The Bathroom has a large bath and shower. The shower is on the wall at the end of the bath and there is a shower screen. The bathroom is all white and there is a very large mirror, towel rail and plenty of shelf space for toiletries. The bathroom is nice and bright with spot lights in the ceiling. There is a separate cupboard for storage where there is a washing machine and the hot water tank.

  • The keys are obtained locally from our agent who is on hand should you ever need any assistance. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and can also be used as heating in the winter months. WIFI AND BEACH TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE A cot and highchair is available on request (additional cost). An extra small bed is available for a 3rd small child on request (additional cost). There is an additional rental charge for a 3rd child. Outside: Our private terrace has a table, chairs, bbq and 2 sun loungers, leading to our own garden area which looks over the communal pool. The pool area, which is set in tropical gardens is for the exclusive use of the complex and has a large pool and toddler pool, showers, WCs, plenty of sun loungers and straw umbrellas. There is a pool bar which serves drinks and light meals. There is also a pool table at the bar. This is closed in low season months. The area is accessed only by a security fob so is very safe for children. A second, smaller pool which is available for use is located behind the Rancho A villas and is accessed using the key fob. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and all linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
