Situated in Torviscas, the Orlando Complex is just a few minutes walk away from the lovely beaches at Torviscas and Fanabe. Close to all amenities, this apartment is ideal for those looking to be in a friendly and lively complex with pools. The Orlando Complex is conveniently situated near all amenities from shops to restaurants and of course to the sea. British Pub, Fish & Chips, Chinese Buffet and Supermarket is across the road. This one bed apartment is comfortably furnished and benefits from having the sun on the balcony from midday to sunset! The complex is ideal for families as there is plenty going on. A pool bar is on site providing drinks and snacks. This apartment is tastefully decorated and is an ideal base to relax from. The apartment has recently been refurbished.

The complex has steps and no lifts. There are steps to the apartment. Outside: Communal pool, balcony, garden furniture. Balcony with patio set for four. Two pools and one children's pool. Pool table and table tennis available near the pool. Utility Room: House linen, towels provided. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living area. Bed linen and in house towels provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaner comes every week and cleans every room in the apartment. Two weeks or longer receive a midstay linen/towel change. Other: Balcony has a calming view after a long day at the swimming pool. Seating for 4. Dining Table and 4 chairs.

Good apartment for the price paid.

Apartment is functional and in a good location. On arrival it was very clean throughout. Just about the right size for two people, who really want to use it as a base. Bedroom has full length windows which are lovely for a through draft, but alas when you open them the elevator and motorway noise is very loud and personally I wouldn't consider having them open at night.

TV was excellent (didn't use the DVD player) and balcony has sufficient chairs and 1 table - with nice views. In the apartment was a parasol which we used once. Balcony is in need of some TLC but this doesn't actually alter the use of it. A couple of tiles had fallen off the wall and were on the ground - but as I say we still used the balcony in exactly the same way. There was also an iron and ironing board in the apartment neither of which I used.

Kitchen has two hobs which both worked perfectly and there was more than sufficient plates/mugs/cutlery for our needs. Alas the only plug within the kitchen was broken which was a nuisance. It meant you had to use the kettle and the toaster on the floor because I couldn't find another plug that was high enough to use at the normal height. I thought the broken plus was annoying and a bit below standard but the apartment did have lots of other plug points at low level.

We paid a really good price for the 10 days we stayed there and I thought we got exactly what we paid for. The apartment is literally a 5 minute walk from everything you could need and as such is a fantastic base. We parked on the free car park, which is busy but is right outside the door. If you want to do a lot of self catering then you might be limited with just the two rings. The microwave worked, but as it no longer went round, it tended to heat up one area a lot more than others.

I would recommend this apartment, but you need to see past the bits that need a bit of an upgrade.

Swimming pool area is just re done and is fantastic, with loads of free sunbeds. There is a pool bar with free wifi but I never used it so can't comment but it seemed popular.

Very disappointed beautiful apartment? I don't thi

I did not stay! I arrived on 23rd to find an apartment which had not been cleaned, fridge with food in not sure how old. I immediately contacted the person dealing with apartment who apologised & did sort out a refund. However I lost a day of my holiday searching for accommodation & costing me 3 times as much. I asked for some compensation & was told she had to ask the owner. That was the last time I heard from them. I will never being booking this apartment again.

Not for disabled people

The property was not cleaned the whole of our stay, 10 mins that is all that they spent to make the bed and pick the towels up once a week and I stripped the beds ready. The only refurbish to the apartment is the settee has been changed. Shower curtain

is still the same white asda price from 4

years ago. Every thing in the apartment had to been scolded due to grease. Apartment above had young people staying in and caused a lot of noise asked them to keep the noise down made no difference. Fridge had to be replaced took them 4 days to reply to us, then the tv had to be replaced, in the end we had to find the cleaners office to find out what they was doing about it nothing to put tv on had to turn a cupboard on its side to put the tv on. Curtains very stiff and hanging off due to sun repaired them every year still the same. No pillow protectors the pillows very stained mattress protectors need replacing. Not for any one with walking issues as there are quite a few steps up to the apartment, and on a hill. Tiles starting to move in bathroom due to age.you would be really stuck to get hold of anyone if you lost your keys to get into the apartment.
