This wheelchair accessible apartment is very large with a living and kitchen in L-form. Roll-in shower, small patio, Wi-Fi, English TV.

Door into apt. 86cms. wide.

Most electrical plugs and lights easily reached from wheelchair.

Bathroom Door 80cms. wide and opens out. Bathroom Roll-in-shower for people confined to wheelchair, fixed wall seat for people with limited mobility, clip on/off raised toilet seat raising seat ht. to 50cms, 2 fold up/down arms at toilet.

Bedroom Two sliding doors, maximum opening 120cms, one king size bed which can be split into 2 single beds, from floor to top of mattress 52.5cms.

Roll up ramp is at the diposition of the guests who can use it.

In the living there is a couch of 2m Long and if opened 1.60m width: an excellent Queen size bed!

Air-conditioning and heating in the winter.

My wife and I, who have lived in Spain and travel there often, stayed in the coastal town of Nerja (near Malaga) last year during May. We chose Nerja having driven through the town the previous year and liked what we saw. Nerja is a coastal resort town minus the high rise hotels; it's somewhat quieter, has character and is an interesting mix of Spanish and British influences. I suspect there is a higher percentage of full time British residents in Nerja than other coastal towns.

We found our apartment (Casa Charlotte) on the internet, and were impressed by its comprehensive website that offered all the information needed to make a decision. Casa Charlotte is located in Nerja within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. You'll need a car to see the famous Nerja Caves and local villages.

Casa Charlotte is a traditional Spanish home converted into 3 apartments (we stayed on the ground floor).

Booking Notes:
Prices are for 2 people. For each extra person : 7.50 €/night + 10 % VAT
V.A.T ( taxes) 10 % included in price.
Baby cot: 18 Euro/week + V.A.T. High chair: 9 Euro week + v.a.t.
By reservation: 220 Euro, 200 GB or 240 USD.
6 weeks before arrival the balance either per wire, credit card or PAYPAL.

Changeover Day:
We try to keep as much as possible as the changeover day Saturday. However, we accept also changeover on whatever other day of the week.
If available we accept also 4 days rentals.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for two people !!! There is an extra charge of 49 Euro + 10 % VAT per week for each additional person of more than 7 years.
The 10 % VAT are included in the prices.

Baby cot : 18 Euro per week;
