Large living room, separate kitchen. Very clean and pleasant apartment situated in prime position for pool and beach, overlooking Port Colon. Excellent for couples and families, with entertainment on complex daily. TV, DVD in living room and TV in bedroom, both receiving satellite. Many bars and restaurants nearby. There are local shops, supermarkets, banks and bars directly outside the complex. A large supermarket at San Eugenio shopping centre is 5 minutes walk away.

STAYED HERE FOR 7NIGHTS

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. LIKE HOME-FROM-HOME, WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED

SUPERB LOCATION, FOR WHERE I WANTED TO STAY, CLOSE TO ALL TYPES OF RESTAURANTS, (INCLUDING THE 1 ON THE COMPLEX, IF YOU DONT WANT TO VENTURE OUT.

Lovely Apartment, Excellent Value

Philip and Lynn, the owners, were lovely to deal with and very efficient and helpful.

There were 5 of us altogether, 3 adults and 2 children and the apartment was very comfortable and large enough for all of us.

Apartment was just as described and excellent value for money.

Shower a little slippy and shower door was difficult to open yet this didn't spoil anything.

We did have a couple of dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboard but this was easily sorted with a bit of washing up liquid, no reflection on Lynn and Phil, but unsure as to whether its the responsibility of the complex to clean or the previous occupants, we assisted in ensuring it was left clean when we departed just in case.

Very good quality towels and linen available for our use and although it probably does say somewhere, they don't get changed at all during your 7 night stay, again this wasn't a problem for us but good to be aware of.

The apartment was like a home from home, TV great if you wanted it, safe free to use, large balcony with lots of seating and kitchen was perfect- clean for what we needed- the odd continental breakfast and storage of drinks etc. Beds very comfy.

The apartment complex is also very nice, pool lovely and clean and the bar/entertainment downstairs was actually very good although quite quiet.

Staff were friendly especially the bar staff and those entertaining the children- face painters etc, great for Kids our 6 year old loved it.

Loads of bars and restaurants in the area, Harleys Bar and closest beaches about 150m- if you cross over the road from the apartment you will see some steps going down beside a bar these will take you there and its about a 20 minute nice walk to Veronicas.

Really good apartment, hope to stay here again, really good value for money and would definitely recommend.

Nearest airport Tenerife South, if required cars may be hired at Airport. Approx euros 30 cab ride from airport to apartment. Taxis always available outside airport & also outside apartment. Complex reception will also book a taxi for you if requested.

Distances:

Shops outside complex, with San Eugenio shopping centre approx 3 minutes and approx 3 miles to centre of Las Americas. Many designer shopping centres near including the new Safari Centre.

Further Details:

Local shops, supermarkets, banks outside complex. Large supermarket Mercadona at San Eugenio shopping centre 3 minutes walk.

Entertainments centre underground with games room, and entertainment every evening in bar, acts & dancing. Pool bar & snack bar around pool and evening restaurant on site with many bars and restaurants and supermarkets directly outside complex. 5 minute walk from Port Colon with beach bars & restaurants. Outside: Large private balcony with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. Overlooking shared pool with views of Port Colon and Las Gomera. Sun rises at back of apartment, where door to apartment is. Apartment is last in corridor & sun is on door, possible to sit at door in morning in sun, and sun on balcony from approx 1.00pm until sunset, therefore 2 sunbeds on balcony. Utility Room: Launderette on complex for small fee with washing machines and dryers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included, changed once per week. Cleaning equipment left at apartment for own use if required Other: Large balcony with patio table & chairs plus 2 sun beds. Gets sun from approx 1.00pm until sunset, when beautiful sunsets are seen and views of the sea and La Gomera. Balcony overooks the pool.
