Casas Del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up.

Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool, there is also an outdoor shower, toilets and a drinks machine in the pool area for your enjoyment. The reception office is staffed by helpful, friendly people who are ready to assist you 7 days a week until 10pm so late arrivals are always catered for plus there is also a small store for essential groceries also open late. A tennis court to the rear of the complex adds to the amenities to be enjoyed on this site.

The atmosphere on this complex is very laid back, friendly and cosmopolitan making this perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent as it is very central being opposite the harbour and only a few minutes walk away from the beaches, shops and restaurants and all the main amenities of Playa Blanca.

A delightful villa in an elevated position with sea glimpses. This property is popular with young and old alike as it has such a pretty partly covered patio with patio set and sun loungers with comfortable cushions and a barbecue. The pool is approximately 200 meters in front of the property but not visible from there.

The property consists of 1 double bedroom with king size bed and plenty of storage, 1 bunk bedroom, a shower room and a comfortable lounge/diner. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, (no bath), w.c., wash basin, the kitchen has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster and fitted granite work surfaces. The lounge is comfortable & modern with leather sofa/chairs ample lighting and a library of books, the dining suite is also modern & practical.

Other facilities within the property are safe, hairdryer, washing machine, satellite TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and CD player.

There are approximately 6 steps from the pathway up to the villa which may not be suitable for very young children or the infirm but there is a handrail to assist you.

Free wi-fi is available in the villa and the complex reception building.

There are air conditioning/heating units in the main bedroom, a fan in the bunk room and heating available in all areas for the winter months.

Bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided but pool and beach towels are not but they can be hired locally.

Well equipped villa we have used many times. Each year the owners make improvements. This year fast, reliable WiFi and a super new TV system were the highlights. Already booked for next year.

A Wounderfull place to Stay

Casa del Sol is the most central complex in Playa Blanca. Straight across from the old harbour. Only a 5 minute walk from all the shops, restarants and bars. As for this bungerlow, it is comfortable, well equipt and has a sea view from the terrace. The terrace is also well sheltered when the wind picks up. Contact and comunication with the owner is very easy. Yvonne and Roy look after you when your there, keeping the bungerlow immaculately clean twice a week.

The fact that we have stayed here for 4 weeks every winter for the last 8 years I think says it all."
