Privately owned luxury frontline apartment. Fully air conditioned, ground floor location with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6. There is a large sunny, south facing patio overlooking pool, beach and sea. Safe gated complex in large beautifully landscaped gardens facing sandy blue flag beach. Own parking space. There are restaurants and well a stocked supermarket 2 mins walk away. The small unspoilt resort, alcossebre is a 15 min walk with marina, golf tennis, watersports etc. Peniscola is a 20 mins drive. Morella is 1 hour’s drive. There is a water park in 30 mins drive and port adventura theme park is 1 hour’s drive.

About michelle

My husband and I have owned this apartment for 10years.We have both lived abroad in our 20s and settled in England to raise a family. We spent 6 months looking for the perfect location, one which would suite our family friends and elderly relatives and within easy access to our local airport.

We have been extremely pleased with the apartment complex and area and feel we have made some great friends and had some wonderful holidays.

Our children have now grown up but continue to visit with their friends and family.

we have been very pleased with all our rentals and had a lot of positive feedback and hope to continue for many years.

Why michelle chose Costa Azahar

We wanted to find a location with great beaches good restaurants and lots of local culture.

It was important to find a resort where the Spanish holiday.

We liked the fact that there are no major hotels in the area and it still feels like a small friendly Spanish town.

Every time we visit we feel totally relaxed and refreshed and love the laid back lifestyle.

We have made many friends in the area and always find new places to visit.

What makes this apartment unique

Without a doubt the complex is one of the best in the area.

The pool and gardens are very spacious and the beach is so close.

It is great to be able to wander round to the local supermarket or get take away paella to eat on the patio or just chill with a bottle of wine and a few tapas at the local restaurant.

We also love the walks in and around the area and all the fresh produce you can buy from the local farmers.

You can get the local train into Valencia for a days shopping or sightseeing or drive up into the mountains where little has changed for century's. There is always some sort of fiesta going on which is a great experience.

A beautiful apartment in unspoilt Alcossebre

Alcossebre is a lovely gem on Valencia's Orange Blossom coast. Not far from larger towns like Peniscola and Benicassim, and just a train ride away from Valencia, Alcossebre remains completely unspoilt with heaps of rural Spanish charm and welcoming locals. The area isn't built up at all, and so from the apartment all the lovely bars and restaurants are a short walk away, with gorgeous views over the sea, the foothills of the region's mountains and miles of orange groves. if you like good food and drink, there are plenty of fantastic, good value options. Even in December we had 23 degree sunshine and really enjoyed staying in such a well-looked after home. Highly recommended and thanks to Michelle and Martin for such a great stay.

We have stayed at the apartment a number of times and have always been very happy with the facilities. There is a good supermarket nearby and a choice of good beaches.There are a number of good resturants in the village which is a short walk from the apartment.The complex also has an impressive swimming pool.We thoroughly recommend it to anyone

Lovely Relaxing Stay:)

Great location in a lovely airy and clean apartment with great facilities. Lovely outdoor communal area with lovely grounds and gorgeous pool. Just a couple of 100 yards from the beach and an enjoyable walk into the town centre. Would definitely stay here again:)

excellent location and accomadation of a very high

The owner has thought of everything re the facilities at this apt. The accomadation is maintained to a very high standard and the location overlooking the 3 pools and sea is beautiful. The grass area surrounding the pools is most impressive for its luxury and comfort. This apt has the added extras of home comforts of videos and beach toys and equipment. The area still maintains a tranquil setting with a very hospital spannish welcoming presence.

A lovely apartment. Really thoughtfully equipped in the kitchen and some toys and beach stuff for families. A good sized and clean apartment. Complex is lovely. Well kept, not too big, and picture's don't do the pool justice. The beach is right across the road and supermarket and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. All in all and lovely holiday

Lovely apartment and town

We stayed for a week just before Easter. The apartment was excellent. It was spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was well looked after. Due to the time of year, the complex was very quiet - good for us (although the children may have preferred a few more families about!).

Alcossebre is a short walk away and it was lovely to saunter along the front stopping for a coffee or icecream as and when. The beaches were good.

We had a wonderful holiday and hope to return.
