Villa in Playa Flamenca, Nr. Torrevieja, Costa Blanca - Situated In A Quiet Cul-De-Sac, Only 10 Mins Walk To The Beach and commercial centres

The villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac and has its own 10m x 4m swimming pool with built in jacuzzi area. It is on a 650 sq.m. plot. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room and a spacious lounge. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom ceiling fans in all bedrooms and gas central heating. The villa has a roof terrace with sea views. It is only 20 mins drive from Murcia airport and 45 mins drive from Alicante airport, both are easy accessible by motorway. The villa has free Wi Fi & digital English tv and numerous radio channels. The local supermarket is 5 mins walk from the villa. we are 5 min walk from the new commercial centre La Zenia boulevard.

First Class Villa

Spent 7 days with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and two grandaughters and we all had a great time. The villa inside has everything you need and is clean, spacious and bright. The space outside both to front and back of the villa is superb and the pool is excellent ( according to my grandaughter and son-in-law), I'm afraid I never made it in but enjoyed lying on sun-lounger watching !

We would definitely go back .Also a mention to Tracy, who met us at the villa and on leaving, who was very helpful.. .

Lovely Spacious Villa

When we arrived (2 couples) we were very impressed with the initial look of the villa, and as we walked around the inside and outside our first impressions were no altered. The villa is spacious, clean and has every amenity you would wish for. Relaxing at the rear of the villa by the pool was great, so peaceful and a sun trap. It is idealy situated for both central comercial centers, 1 a 15 minute walk the other 10 minutes.

The owners are so polite and easy to speak to, monetry transactions are quick and no hassle.

All in all a lovely place and highly recomended, we will return

lovely villa

Pictures do not do the villa justice. It's clean and spacious inside and out. The pool area is amazing to sit out day or night.

Excellent location, walking distance to beach,shops,bars and restaurants and also a large supermarket. Would deffinately recommend the villa and area. Hope to return in the future. My only negative comment is air con only in master bedroom, it is deffinately needed in the other 2 bedrooms, fans are no good.

Just perfect

From the moment we arrived at the villa we knew we were in for a treat. It was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well designed and maintained.

The location was ideal, walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, the huge outdoor Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and the beautiful beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia.

This won't be the last time we visit,
