Spacious apartment on Colina Blanca complex with large private terrace close to the shared swimming pool. There are glorious sea views which allow you to watch the sunset over La Gomera. The apartment is on the first floor and allows easy access. There are excellent on site facilities with a newly refurbished swimming pool, pool bar serving food. The complex is very quiet with children’s pool area and private access. The apartment is a 10-15 minute stroll to Puerto Colon harbour and beach area with numerous bars, restaurants, shops and banks along the way.

Free Wifi is now available in the apartment (with password) and in the reception area without password

Notes on accommodation: A safe is provided free of charge. There is a good selection of DVDs, CDs and a radio - numerous English speaking radio stations. A British agent is readily available for any problems or information. Outside: A large private terrace with a table, 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. The terrace offers sea views over La Gomera with glorious sunsets over La Gomera. The shared pool and complex have secure key access only and the newly refurbished pool can be viewed from the terrace. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh towels and linen supplied weekly,but these are large hand towels and you should bring your own bath sheets. Please also bring your own beach towels for the beach and the pool.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful setting!

We stayed here for a week and loved it. It was such a lovely change away from the hustle and bustle down near the beach front area. So quiet and relaxing, the complex sits in the hills with stunning views down to the coast and beyond. The apartment has a good sized balcony overlooking the pool area, we used it in the the day to catch the sun and at night to enjoy a glass of wine or two and watch the lovely sunset's.

The apartment itself is roomy and well equipped. And a bonus is the great WiFi and thousands of TV channels included. We met the owner Mike a few days in and he was really nice to talk to. Communication with him before we arrived was good and had no problem when we arrived at the apartment.

The only slight issue is being up in the hills, the walk up is tough so we just used taxi to get back up for around €3.50, but the walk down is fine and takes around 10-15 mins to get to all the bars/restaurants. There are a few bars and restaurants in the surrounding area if you don't want to travel too far, plus and Iceland supermarket nearby.

Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. It was also great value for money.

Comfortable apartment

Recent stay in this apartment , I enjoyed the stay some building work in progress opposite but not major problem, small electrical problem was addressed very quickly and a new kettle delivered.

Would stay again next year.

Lovely quiet apartment.

Instructions from the airport were great. Always found a parking place nearby. No sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived but very quickly rectified by calling the number provided. All very clean

Pool area great and very quiet during our stay.

Walk down hill and then back up to bars and restaurants and beach but manageable if average fitness.

Great having car to explore the island.

Brill day climbing Montana Roja even the 2 teenage girls loved it. View to die for. We then chilled on the beach near there. Just don't go on Saturday morning unless you want the market as no parking anywhere so go very early if you like the market.

Siam park well worth the money. Fantastic day out. We took the car but you could have walked in maybe half hour.

Aqualand half way down the hill so in walking distance cheaper. We didn't go but it looked like it would have been fun too.

Drove up the volcano to cable car site. Last cable car at 4 so we were too late. Quite a scary drive but good view points on the way.

Piscinas Naturales El Caleton are natural volcanic rock pools. It was cool on the day we went so we didn't swim but great visit and the town is nice too. Another mountain drive to get there. If you don't like very windy roads I suggest taking the red road on the map to slightly outside the town and then coming back on yourself as the yellow road was very scary!

Overall we had a lovely week and great weather for April.

10-15 minute walk to Puerto Colon beach.


It is a 15 minute drive to Tenerife (South) airport with a taxi costing around 30 euros. Car hire is much cheaper than the UK and the car can be picked up from/dropped off at the airport. The local buses are cheap and can take you all over Tenerife and discount passes can be purchased. Taxis are also very reasonable.


Tenerife (South) airport is 12 miles away. The nearest ferry port is Los Cristianos, which is 3 miles away.

Playa de las Americas is about 1 mile away. The aquapark is very close to the apartment and there is a free bus to the Siam Park. San Eugenio shopping complex is a 10 minute walk away with a very large and cheap supermarket (Mercadona) underneath plus dozens of other shops.

Further Details:

The Canaries have all year round sunshine and is therefore a year round popular destination. Spanish is the local language but English is spoken everywhere.

All sporting facilities are available within easy reach of the complex including tennis, golf, windsurfing, quad biking, go-karting, diving & fishing trips. Trips are organised to the local sites that are worth a visit - Loro Parque, Jungle Park, Dolphinarium and Mount Teide.The newly completed Siam Aqua Park is very popular and can be reached using a free bus.
