Spacious apartment on Colina Blanca complex with large private terrace close to the shared swimming pool. There are glorious sea views which allow you to watch the sunset over La Gomera. The apartment is on the first floor and allows easy access. There are excellent on site facilities with a newly refurbished swimming pool, pool bar serving food. The complex is very quiet with children’s pool area and private access. The apartment is a 10-15 minute stroll to Puerto Colon harbour and beach area with numerous bars, restaurants, shops and banks along the way.

Free Wifi is now available in the apartment (with password) and in the reception area without password

Great apartment everything you need fantastic views from balcony , You can walk down to main areas in about 10 to 15 mins. But a taxi back is advisable ( they are very cheap ) Tried to book for September but not available for our dates would definetly stay here again great value Andy & gill

Quiet and conveniently located for vehicle access

For our first trip to Tenerife we valued this location's proximity to highways and to major beaches and attractions on the south side. The complex is located in a densely developed area of multiple condos and townhouses. I was well maintained, very quiet as not many occupants were present. Street parking was fine. A 15-20 minute is required to walk down (and up a steep incline back) to access limited services (bar, café and grocers). Not convenient for leisurely strolls. Wi-Fi available in main lobby of complex.

Unit had great view of the ocean and a nice large balcony. Good size unit. Furnishing were sparse and well used, kitchen was minimally equipped yet sufficient for the three nights we stayed. No soap or shampoo in bathroom, but bath towels provided.

In summary it was good value for the rate we paid.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. Wifi is now available in the apartment and free to guests. I am not sure what else the reviewer would expect in terms of additional items of furnishings I think that the kitchen is well equipped and sufficient for longer stays than the 3 nights - indeed some guests stay for several weeks and find it well equipped also. I note your comment on soap & shampoo but bear in mind that it is a self catering apartment and not a hotel room!

Spacious and comfy

Oh to write something original! Another reviewer has summed it up pretty well!! Clean, comfy, modern kitchen etc. Unexpected was the DVD player with LOTS of DVDs to watch. Books, games, magazines, carrier bags too! Very thoughtful of the owner and others to add little extras. As long as you are reasonably fit to walk down - and back!- to the main hub you'll enjoy staying here for sure. Highly recommended. Our first but not our last stay.

Modern and comfortable

A home from home apartment, clean spacious modern and comfortable. Bonus was washing machine in the modern kitchen and linen changed weekly. Very friendly people around complex and Mike the owner very helpful. A steep walk down to the town so you have to be able, however frequent and very cheap taxi's available.

Excellent value for money

We have stayed at this lovely aprtament 4 times now and have just booked for a 5th time. Lovely spacious, modern and clean with fantastic views. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay inclusing the best power shower I have ever seen and a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine! The pool is excellent, spotlessly clean and never too busy as most apartments on the complex are residential. The poolside bar is also an added bonus. The location is perfect for a 20min stroll down into town and the beach but a short taxi ride of no more than 3-4 euros is advised coming back.

Mike the owner is really helpful and we would definately recommend a stay here. Excellent value for money.

Nearest Airport : Reina Sofia/Tenerife South at 20 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Toby Jug at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Los Cristianos at 5 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : TFS 1 at 1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Puerto Colon - La Pinta at 1 Kilometres


10-15 minute walk to Puerto Colon beach.


It is a 15 minute drive to Tenerife (South) airport with a taxi costing around 30 euros. Car hire is much cheaper than the UK and the car can be picked up from/dropped off at the airport. The local buses are cheap and can take you all over Tenerife and discount passes can be purchased. Taxis are also very reasonable.


Tenerife (South) airport is 12 miles away. The nearest ferry port is Los Cristianos, which is 3 miles away.

Playa de las Americas is about 1 mile away. The aquapark is very close to the apartment and there is a free bus to the Siam Park. San Eugenio shopping complex is a 10 minute walk away with a very large and cheap supermarket (Mercadona) underneath plus dozens of other shops.

Further Details:

The Canaries have all year round sunshine and is therefore a year round popular destination. Spanish is the local language but English is spoken everywhere.

All sporting facilities are available within easy reach of the complex including tennis, golf, windsurfing, quad biking, go-karting, diving & fishing trips. Trips are organised to the local sites that are worth a visit - Loro Parque, Jungle Park, Dolphinarium and Mount Teide.The newly completed Siam Aqua Park is very popular and can be reached using a free bus.

A British agent is readily available for any problems or information. Outside: A large private terrace with a table, 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. The terrace offers sea views over La Gomera with glorious sunsets over La Gomera. The shared pool and complex have secure key access only and the newly refurbished pool can be viewed from the terrace. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh towels and linen supplied weekly,but these are large hand towels and you should bring your own bath sheets. Please also bring your own beach towels for the beach and the pool.
