Attractive 1 bedroom apartment within beautiful private complex, which is Moorish Gaudiesque in style, with pool and padel tennis court. We have achieved a full tourist licence to ensure excellent quality. Fully equipped. TV ( All major English channels) and DVD player. Internet access is available with the purchase of an internet card (Canary-Net.) Music system. Spacious, cool and clean. Sleeps 2/4. One balcony plus a large enclosed patio. Quiet location, yet very close to all facilities and two international golf courses. 10 minute stroll to beautiful beach. Ideal for couples, families and golfers. Pool & beach towels provided. Smoking only allowed on the balcony and patio, NOT inside the apartment.

About Carol or Sacha

We have lived in Fuerteventura for 8 years and visited for 1 years before moving here. We look after our own and other clients' properties. Our son is in full time education here and we are fully integrated into the islands life style.

Why Carol or Sacha chose Antigua

Caleta de Fuste is perfectly placed. The airport is only 12 minutes away by taxi. There is a main bus terminal with services to all of the island. It is full of leisure ammenities; restaurants, beaches and the sea, bars, etc.

This property is set in beautiful gardens with a large pool. It is quiet, but within walking distance of all ammenities. It is in central Caleta, not up the hill! The apartment is fully equiped, with everything you need for a holiday away from home

The property benefits from pretty architectural features and for you peace of mind, it has a full tourist licence, issued from the Canarian Government.

Notes on accommodation: Mid Ground/First floor apartment faces East (which avoids the heat of mid-day sun). Walled and gated terrace, covered balcony. Smoking allowed on the terrace and balcony. Complex is attractive, gated and private. Suitable for children. Outside: Attractive, well maintained garden areas, large swimming pool (not heated) and padel-tennis court both for use only by residents and guests in the complex. Sun beds around the pool available, with sun lounger cushions in the apartment. Utility Room: Washing machine, storage and drying areas. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided, new washing machine provided. If you prefer not to do your own laundry of towels and linen, this can be arranged, charged at the local rate. (this is for stays of more than one week!). Pool and beach towels are provided free. Other: There are two patio areas, one covered with table and chairs for four and the other is a large walled terrace area, ideal for sunbathing or for children to play. Washing line is available to put up there too. Smoking is allowed here.

lovely quiet and relaxing complex

Have just arrived back from Fuerteventura and have stayed in this appartment. It had everything that you need and is very close to all the restaraunts and shops.Had a great time and would highly recommend this area to anybody looking for a relaxing time. The front yard is also a lovely suntrap. Will be back again.

Perfect relaxing location and lovely apartment

Had a fabulous stay in this apartment. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday, facilities are first class. Location is perfect for restaurants and bars, you can be as noisy or intimate as you like. Nice quiet pool area with plenty of sun beds. Will definitely recommend.
