Luxury apartment is with private patio and garden area. All within 20 paces of pools .Located in the heart of Golf del Sur. Very private without being isolated with plenty of tapas bars, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets all within walking distance. Los Americas 15 mins (where you will find a fantastic water park) and Los Cristianos 10 mins away. Los Abregos and Cristianos have great local markets and bazaars with a sandy beach and kids corner. The apartment also has private underground parking. Only 15 mins transfer time from airport. Next door the Winter Gardens offers world class carpet boules and tennis. It also has an outstanding Health Club and Beauty Spa which is open to non residents. The beach, new marina and San Blas square in are a short walk away with plenty bars, restaurants and nightly entertainment. Nearby are 2 golf courses. It is an ideal venue for Golfers or a family holiday.

Nov 2023 vacation

Ive stayed in this complex may times before so can say it one of the best around. Briget responded quickly to a mix up before I arrived and she but my mind to rest. The apartment has probably the best location for people watching on the complex but not intrusive at all everyone friendly from the maintenance crew to the residence all say hello. The apartment itself is a bit tired but Briget inform me its getting a facelift shortly. All told a wonderful location to spend your holiday and wouldn't hesitate to revised this apartment.

September holiday

This was our second stay at this apartment. In my opinion it is one of the best located on the complex. I would recommend hiring a car to see the rest of the island and for shopping at the larger supermarkets a 10 minute drive away. Thanks for another fantastic stay. Look forward to booking again soon

Beautiful October Vacation

Very nice property, plenty of room and very comfortable bed. You have an Ensuite and another shower room so very nice as no waiting. You have a very large terrace with seating to have a meal, sun beds and chairs. The pool is lovely and heated so good for all times of the year. Fran was very helpful if you have any problems.

Enjoyable stay

Comfortable apartment with good spec and great pool in the complex. The weather was changeable but there's enough to do there, good restaurants in easy walk, whether you feel that's 5 mins, 15 to San Blas or the marina or 45 mins across to Los Abrigos along the coast. Buses and taxis just out of the back entrance to the complex make transport easy. On the downside, some equipment is tired, the loungers really need replacing. I'm also used to getting to know the owner or manager on arrival to get tips on things you might not think to ask. Like the invaluable bus app. That didn't happen here but through our stay regulars in the complex provided a lot of information. The apartment is in a great location on the complex to have those chats with passers by if you want to, but certainly private enough if and when you don't! I would strongly recommend this apartment.

Hi, Im 58 year old,married & living in Dubai. I used to have my own marketing business which I sold and bought properties. I go to Spain & Tenerife at the beginning of each season to do a complete clean from top to bottom, I prefer to do this myself as no one tends to clean as well as I do. I am a complete clean freak. I make a list of things to be repaired or replaced, this is done at the beginning of a season. I would not rent to anyone less than I would expect myself. I have very high standards & my properties reflect this. I have never had one single complaint & I have people returning year on year (this speaks for its self. I love both places for different reasons.I love the tranquility however like the fact if you want shopping & night clubs you can also do just 15 min away.

Why they chose this property

I decided on the location because it is more up market then other parts of Tenerife. I like to be able to choose if I want peace & quiet or a more lively holiday & this offers both. The complex is more up market than some of the others & the apartments were finished to a very high standard. Our committee is made up of owners who live there all year round. They insure that none of the standard slip.The complex is in a great location with many bars & restaurants all within walking distance. It is situated in a location remote from the crowds, but within walking distance if that is what you want. The guests return over & over again . All say what a wonderful place it is & after being there don't want to go anywhere else.There is a lovely marina 2 min walk away with glass bottom boat trips.

What makes this property unique

The property has lifts from street level to all three floors thus is good for people with mobility problems & wheelchair access. It is very good for families. There is a carpet bowls club next door that play leagues. It is also near the mercadona where you can buy anything you need. Has a very well equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook in, however all restaurants are good value for money. You can get all the sports events on large Screen 2 min away. There is also live music in various venues that you can walk to.The property is spacious with two full bathrooms & although it is advertised to sleep 4 it has an additional sofa bed.It is on the pool level so it enjoys one of the best situations on the complex. I go there on my own sometimes & I always feel very secure & safe.
