Luxury 2 bedroom villa (sleeps five adults) on the prestigious Oliva Nova Golf and Beach resort. Fully air conditioned (hot and cold) with a shared swimming pool. The property features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a living / dining area and a kitchen and creates a comfortable environment in which to stay. The property boasts a garden with patio area, perfect for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings and a first floor terrace ideal for relaxing in the sun. Malibu Beach, with its park like grounds and delightful swimming pool makes a perfect place for a relaxing peaceful break. All this is just a short walk from the fine grain white sandy beach, the golf club and the Oliva Nova Beach and Golf Hotel. The facilities of Oliva Nova include a supermarket, restaurents, bars, bank, launderette, medical centre and a hairdresser to name but a few and they are all located just a few minutes walk from Malibu Beach.
About the Owner
The villa is owned by Dr. Harpal Johal and Dr Surrinder Johal. The villa was bought as a new build in 2005. We use it for family holidays and rent it out during the holiday periods to help with the maintenance and upkeep.

In all our years of booking villas this was the most disappointing experience by far. The villa was dirty and dusty, kitchen poorly equipped, BBQ broken and dumped round the back of the villa, sink was leaking with a bowl underneath the waste pipe to collect the dirty water. Toaster was rusty and the kettle filter perished. The actual resort (pool and surrounding area) was very pleasant. It is not luxury as described and the beach is not a short walk away.

Activity and Interests
The villa is a few minutes walk from miles of uncrowded white sandy beach. The coastline is excellent for sailing, surfing and diving, tennis, golf (both available on site), cycling and hiking are amongst the many dry land leisure opportunities available locally.
Oliva Nova is situated under one hour’s drive from both Valencia and Alicante airports on the outskirts of the picturesque Spanish town of Oliva. A car hire is desirable to fully enjoy this beautiful region.
In Oliva (2 miles) you are enticed to stroll through its idyllic narrow streets, charming cafes, tapas bars and bright nightlife.
Sophisticated restaurants, cinemas and galleries can also be found in nearby Denia, where the beautiful Medieval Castle and bustling harbour guarantee variety and entertainment.
Benidorm (35 minutes) and its vicinities have all the fun and excitement anyone could desire.
Many historic coastal towns with colourful fiestas and enchanting events characterise this region.
The Costa Blanca region averages 300 sunny days per year with water temperatures of 24° in the height of summer, falling to 18° in November. The region is reputed for glorious sunshine throughout the year.
