Apartment in Nice, Cote D'Azur - Located in the Exclusive Mont Boron Area, 10 mins to Beach

This newly renovated apartment offers stunning views over Nice, the Baie des Anges, port and the old castle. The closest beach is approx a 10 minute walk while a 10 minute stroll takes you down to the port and in 20 minutes into the old town of Nice. Fantastic restaurants and evening entertainment are all within easy walking distance. Also close by, a 10 minute walk is a large supermarket or within a few minutes you will find a mini-market providing the basic essentials. A communal pool with separate kiddies pool is located within the grounds and the apartment also has a private parking space in the underground car park. The accommodation includes a balcony with dining table and chairs. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet.The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and induction hob. Linen and Towels are not included but can be provided as requested for a small fee.

This bright, charming and peaceful retreat has everything PLUS a view to die for - one of the best in Nice - port, sea and mountains, with a spacious balcony to sip wine and dream..... Comfortable seating and all equipment..cheap buses at the door... garage for your car - what more could you want?!.... I really loved it V.M.C. (Bath, Somerset)



We have now stayed in this apartment for five years during the summer holidays. We love the apartment. The veranda has the most fantastic views you could wish for and plenty of activity in the harbour to watch the ferries from Corsica arrive and depart. The sunsets over the hills of Nice are spectacular. Finding a reasonably priced apartment with wonderful views, air conditioning, and a pool is not easy in Nice, but this apartment has it all.

Lovely apartment in a lovely city

This is a lovely apartment ideally located for our stay in Nice. The apartment is well designed and has all facilities with the use of an amazing well maintained swimming pool that is open until 10 pm.

The grounds of the facilities are spotless.

The balcony is amazing and our family loved sitting here during the night and the views are breathtaking,

The location is right on the bus routes and the buses are frequent as they are cheap.

If you have any queries the owners are most helpful and nothing is too much trouble,

Nice is a beautiful city.

One further tip... Find the nearest beach which is very close. There are many others but this one is special. It's like having your own private beach and the sea is so blue.

Enjoy this lovely apartment... We certainly did!

Fabulous Apartment, Magnificent Views

We have stayed in the apartment for two consecutive years. Owner is so helpful: excellent communication and most accommodating. Everything is catered for and the homely apartment is complete with all you want and need. The balcony has excellent views and sun. There is easy access to the Port, Nice Old Town and downtown shopping in Nice. Buses 100/30/81 all stop in front of the apartment. This visit we purchased a 7 day bus/tram ticket for 15 euros and it takes you to Monaco, Menton and beyond. There is access to the pool until late at night and sun beds are provided so no frustration. We enjoy the restaurants and the owner's Monaco restaurant recommendation was excellent value. Today, I have recommended the apartment to a friend!

Fantastic

Fantastic views from the apartment overlooking the Port of Nice. Enchanting balcony to watch the marine traffic, ferries and yachts. Well maintained apartment is complete with all the appliances and kitchen goodies you might need to eat at home if you so desire.Excellent location on Mont Boron. Easy access to Old Town and downtown shopping in Nice proper. Buses 81/30 stop just in front of the apartment or take a 10 minute walk to the Port itself. Wonderful cafes, restaurants in your own neighborhood from the inexpensive "Corsaire" to moderately priced "Le Bristrot du Port" and many more in-between. All this and a pool too. Owner is very easy to work with, very accommodating. Perfect place to stay in Nice.

Absolutely first class

From the moment we enquired about the apartment the owner John could not have been more honest. I travelled with my wife and daughter and he wondered if this apartment was big enough for us which was so refreshing. We looked at the photographs on the website which we did not think did the apartment justice. The view from the balcony took our breath away and changed every day with the shipping traffic. The location was superb with a bus stop at the front door with travel to Monaco for €1.5 per person . The owner John could not have supplied us with any more information regarding restaurants and the local area. We were met by a lovely Irish lady lauretta who could not have been more helpful. She was only a text away and was so knowledgable about the whole area. When we return to the Nice area this is the place we would stay and have already recommended it to friends and family.

The perfect stay

The owners cannot be faulted for communication, accuracy of the apartments description or their personal touch. Everything was taken care of from providing details of a taxi firm to collect us from the airport (including a discount code for pre booking), flexible arrival and departure times / ability to lead bags until the apartment was ready and then all of the little extras that you only think of when they are not present...supermarket loyalty card which enables home delivery, top tips for restaurants and things to do, shopping bags, you name it they have thought of everything. The apartment benefits from excellent views and a large balcony with plenty of poolside access, not many apartments in Nice are this well presented or located, trust me I have been to quite a few and I will now not be looking any further for return trips.

In short an excellent location and apartment just please do not book when I am planning to return because I hate being disappointed and I do not want to stay anywhere else having been here.

Heaven

This Is a beautiful, small, apartment which has everything needed for a stay in Nice. The balcony is the star of the show.

From the warm welcome from Lauretta ( a lovely Irish lady) to the easy departure we had a superb stay. It is very easy to walk into town, downhill, and good bus services,to get around, which stops just outside the building. We had a grand relaxing holiday, finding some lovely eating places within a 7-10 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment unreservedly. We used the laundry in the basement as we travelled light. Beautiful swimming pool and loungers provided.
