3 Bedrooms 2 ensuite & family bathroom. Peaceful Location But Only 15 Mins From Faro And Beaches

Casa Alvorada is situated in a lovely rural area between Santa Barbara de Nexe and Bordeira yet only 15 minutes from Faro, airport, and beaches. A few minutes walk or drive to local amenities of shops restaurants and bars. Accommodation is on one level. The property has been completely renovated to a very high standard. The large living/dining room with south facing doors opening onto covered terrace. A few steps down to the 10x5m private swimming pool. Sunbeds and dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. The large garden is beyond the pool. The spacious living/dining room has a wood burner and is equipped with wall mounted 46" LED satellite TV with UK channels and DVD. A regular maid service will be provided throughout your stay to ensure fresh bed linen and towels are available. The local area is very beautiful and peaceful with places to discover or simply relaxing around the pool. Property size 200 sq. m. Plot size 2200 sq m.

A few words of thanks for the large part you played in making our holiday one of the most memorable we have ever had. There is always a risk booking any holiday when you rely totally on the honesty and integrity of the people responsible for the description and pictures on which you base such an important decision.

We were certainly not disappointed with the Casa Alvorada which is beautiful and outshone any expectations we might have had. It is spotlessly clean, bright, perfectly laid out and well equipped to make any family holiday a dream come true.

We ended up spending much more time at the Villa then we had intended too, it was just too nice to leave.

There is not a single negative any of us can think of, we were so envious of the people who would be taking our place when we left.

Suitable for children. Benefits of the property. Casa Alvorada is our family home and not a rental property. You will find when you stay here a naturally warm atmosphere that a home should be! Unlike some of the more stark properties that are built and furnished purely for the rental market. Outside: Private swimming pool 10x5 metres for sole use of guests. Large fenced garden. Electric security gate. Covered terrace. Large paved terrace area surrounding pool with 6 sunbeds. Pergola shaded dining table and chairs seating 8 for alfresco dining. Built in barbecue. Parasols. All outdoor furniture in wood or metal, no plastic furniture. Stunning views. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service twice weekly in July/August. Towels and linen changed with maid service.

A wonderful holiday had by all!

We could not have had a more perfect location for our holiday. The villa is in a rural location which is exactly what we look for in a destination but it is only a short drive down to the coast. The villa is stunning. Very spacious and airy inside with air conditioning in every room. The kitchen has everything you need but we used the gas bbq everyday. The gas did run out whilst we were using it and we phoned Sylvia the agent and it was dealt with within the hour - amazing. We used all the various eating locations. It was lovely to use the garden at breakfast and the bbq area in the evening. The swimming pool is amazing. We were very happy to spend whole days at the villa swimming and sun bathing. There is plenty of shade as well which we needed as the weather was fantastic every day There are good restaurants in the area. We can recommend Le Marquis, 6 minutes drive from villa. Not cheap but fantastic food and well worth a visit. John and Jan's info on the villa prior to our visit was perfect and we had no problem at all finding the villa. If you want a 'get away from it all' holiday then this is the perfect location. A car is essential. We would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Holiday Villa

We could not have had a more enjoyable time at this lovely Villa. The Villa's large pool and garden are well kept with all you could want for a perfect holiday.

We particularly made use of the different eating and relaxing areas around the pool and on the terrace with an excellant kitchen and of course the air conditioning which is really important in Portugal.

The Villa is spacious and has a great feeling of calm.

With good resturants and small towns to visit, including Faro which has a nice beach to enjoy we certainly made the most of our holiday.

We will be returning in August next year so will book early.

Like living in a luxury Home

People with wonderful taste must live here as it's clearly not let all the year. It is wonderfully comfortable and homely with everything you want at hand. It has a large fully stocked kitchen, a very large living room and dining room and comfortable beds in every bedroom. All our family raved about it.

We were there when it was very hot and really appreciated the air conditioning in every room in the house.

The Pool was a dream and behind it is a mature shaded Portuguese garden.

We will return next year.

Beautiful villa. Accurate description.

We, a family of five, had a great holiday at this villa. It was clean , well maintained and was everything we hoped for . The location was quite, and private. There was plenty of outside space around the pool and beyond for us all to spread out . I would not hesitate in recommending this villa to family or friends. A car is an absolute must, but the supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and banks were only a short drive away.

Would love to stay at this villa again.

A modern, clean, comfortable, super villa

Casa Alvorada is wonderful. We are a family of 4 with two children, 8 and 6. It was perfect. Rural which is what we wanted, yet only 10 mins to nearest villages with delicious restaurants (Italian in Santa Barbara de Nexe is very good and lovely ambience). It is clean, modern, private and comfortable. The cleaning lady came 3 times but was not intrusive and the gardener and pool man once, so everything felt well tended to. We enjoyed lazy days by the pool and BBQs at night. Silvia, the agent was very helpful. Its a super place to stay to explore the Algarve which we did - Loule (good Saturday morning market and nice place to get lost in) - only 20 mins or so away, if that. We went to the island beaches at Olhao, Fuseta and Tavira, went into the hills at Querenca, went west to Estombar to the water slide park - which the children loved and there are animal shows for the smaller children not so keen on slides, etc etc. But at the end of each day we looked forward to getting back to Casa Alvorada and enjoying the pool, the books and magazines, the puzzles and so on. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Wonderful, relaxing, get away from it all villa

My husband, 11 year old daughter and I recently had 9 wonderfully relaxing days at this property. The villa is exactly as advertised, clean and well maintained. The cleaner came at least twice whilst we were there and changed bedding, towels, mopped floors etc. It is a little out of the way - about 25 minutes drive to Vilamoura but that is exactly what we were looking for so fitted our needs exactly. Views are spectacular and the property is not overlooked. We had morning tea on the terraces and bbq´s in the evening as well as lots of swimming in the pool. Would not hesitate to return or to recommend it to friends or relatives. It is an easy drive to the busier parts of the Algarve.
