‘My new husband and I visited in April to spend a week relaxing after our wedding. We were so impressed even from walking into the apartment what with the marble floors and chic open plan lounge area leading onto a balcony with the most wonderful views. We spent most evenings drinking sangria in nearby Illetas or relaxing on the terrace. We highly recommend the position and quality of this accommodation and will definitely be back soon'. Notes on accommodation: This apartment lends itself to families just as well as couples due to its position and high specification. There is a Graco Contour travel cot with bassinet and removable changing mat. The air-condtioning units which are positioned in 3 rooms provide cool or warm air. Outside: Landscaped gardens house 4 excellent sized swimming pools that are shared only with other residents. This area is maintained daily by staff. The apartments are situated in a private close that is attended by a 24 hour security service. There is also extensive parking should you require it. Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Good size storage / drying area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided, additional changes / cleans are available for guests staying longer than a week. Alternatively there are washing & drying facilities should you wish to do it yourself.

Fabulous Time!!

This appartment has everything!! We had a fantastic stay here, spacious, clean, full of all the facilities you need, great WIFI plasma tv etc, we would recommend a car as the local shops are a good walk away, but location in-between Palma, Portals & Palma Nova is ideal. Taxis at night came within minutes and spoke english allowing us to have a drink and leave the car!

The roof terrace is amazing! Even had our own bar and plunge pool up there and its not overlooked at all!!

All in all we would defiantly go back as we felt it was good value for money considering the Bendinat area is very upmarket!

An ideal property for a couple or family alike, from the moment we arrived we where blown away by the fantastic luxury that the appartment had to offer. A stylish living and dining area are suppliemented by a spacious balcony and a mind blowing private top sun terrace with its own plunge pool.

Both bedrooms provide excellent use of space, with the master bedroom being simply exquisit. Excellent kitchen facilities give the option for cooking at home or the location of the appartment allows for a quick taxi or bus ride (excellent public transport links) to local towns for a wide range of different resturants and cultural excursions.

All in all, the entore holiday was a great deal and was only suppliemted by this exclusive holiday appartment. I have booked to go back next year and would strongly recommend this to all.

great place

Directions from owner were perfect. Property was excellent, clean , spacious and well appointed. My wife and eldest daughter enjoyed the rooftop sunbathing in the evening while my youngest daughter and I enjoyed mixing between the pools. A car is essential and makes for ease of travel between the different resorts. there are some steps to and from the property but not a problem. I would like to see a safe on the premises as its a bit of a nuisance carrying everything with you. in all I would return to this property and may do so next summer.

Nearly but not quite...

I don't like writing reviews as a rule as peoples expectations are all different. The owner communicated well and the instructions to the property were clear and it was easy to find. It was clean but a little dated, as are a lot of properties in this price bracket.

There where a few issues, the biggest was the poor supply of hot water, the tank just isn't big enough for 4 people, a point that was agreed by the plumber that came to have a look to see what the problem might be. Not great when your covered in suntan lotion and can't get clean.

The property is on the top floor and though described as being a level entry there are a huge number of steps down from the car-park and then back up three flights of stairs to get to the flat, think about your shopping and lugging bottles water around....! it gets a bit laborious after a while.

Though the property is well located it up a very steep hill, it has its benefits that it is all down hill to the local shops and a few watering holes and cafes, but the walk back is a killer (that's coming from someone who lives in the Lakes and walks a big Lab twice a day...) you will need a car, which of course means some one always has to drive. There is a good taxi service, we used a couple of times back and forth to Portals Nous...

It is well located for the golf course which we used several times.

There isn't really much else to say, its a basic flat that needs a bit of modernization and up dating, it a good base to stay if you don't mind hills and steps when on holiday.

Only 5 minutes drive to the quaint secluded beach of Illetas the wonderful Puerto Portals with luxuiry yachts, boutiques and numerous fine dining restaurants and cafe's. Palma Nova is a mere 7 minutes drive where you will find a fabulous beach & plenty of activities for the family.


Palma de Mallorca airport is 14 miles (15 minutes) away. A car is recommended for ease of travel from the airport and to explore this beautiful Island. Directions & car hire details available on request.


Palma city is only 10 minutes by car where you will find the beautiful cathedral, nearby is the old town 'La Lonja' with its high walled streets meandering past lively traditional tapas restaurants.

Further Details:

Just a few minutes walk from the apartment is Bendinat Plaza. You will find a well stocked supermarket, newsagent, Gym & numerous restaurants.
