Our apartment is situated in a private gated complex, located at the back of the development on a corner ground floor with front and back sun terraces overlooking the communal pool exclusive for the use of the 24 apartments. The apartment is ideally positioned for all amenities, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. The quieter beach at Cabo Roig is a 10 mins walk or there’s the more lively beach at La Zenia with beach bars and music also 10 mins walk. A short drive down the coast takes you to the Mar Menor with beautiful beaches and still shallow water it is ideal for young children to play safely. For nightlife, there is a long strip of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk at Cabo Roig with a variety of choices whatever your budget. There are two 24 hour shops closeby and many other shops for food and gifts within walking distance. Lovely Family apartment

We are a young family that live in the uk and holiday here as much as we can as the area suits us all with plenty for us all to do with the beach within a 10 min walk. When we arrive at our apartment our 2 boys jump straight into the pool and don't leave it till we go home! we also love the mar menor which is a 15 min drive down the coast, the water is warm, shallow and very calm and the boys love trying to catch small fish with nets.

Lovely Family apartment
I have stayed at Jo and Wayne's apartment a few times now and have a lovely time. It is modern and clean and has everything you need, we love the fact that there are front and back patios to choose from and that it is next to the communal pool, it is a peaceful community and doesn't get overcrowded in the summer. it is near to both La Zenia with Consum and Paddy's point, but also near to Cabo Roig strip with plenty of bars and restaurants. We will keep returning to this apartment year after year.

Activity and Interests
Cabo Roig beach 10 mins walk. La Zenia beach 10 mins walk (3 beaches close together). Mar Menor 15 mins drive south (several beaches to choose from Lo Pagan is recommended). Torrevieja 10 mins drive north (many beaches to choose from).
Murcia (San Javier) airport is 20 mins by car -airport transfer can be arranged for 40 euros each way, Alicante airport is 50 euros each way.Car hire available from both airports at very reasonable prices. Taxis available outside each airport.
Torrevieja 10 mins by car. Benidorm 1 hour 30 mins by car.
Water park at Torrevieja, Aquopolis open from 9 June to 3 September. Theme park at Benidorm - Terra Mittica, Aqulandia Water Park, Mundomar Marine and exotic Animal Park. Water sports available at most beaches. Several cash machines and banks within walking distance which accept most British debit and credit cards (i.e visa and mastercard)

Full balance due 6 weeks before departure. £100 refundable damage deposit taken at same time of full balance, fully refunded on departure when the apartment has been checked and seen to be left in reasonable state and undamaged. 60 euro cleaning fee payable before departing from the apartment. Keys will be sent approx 1 week before departure. please advise on booking wether you require airport transfers or whether you will be hiring a car.
Changeover day flexible (check availability). Arrival times and departure flexible depending on other bookings.

Discount for longer lets. Part weeks negotiable depending on other bookings. The 60 euro cleaning fee is for each booking and is payable on arrival.

“Because the community only has 24 apartments and also only 6 are lived in all year round we find that, quite often we have the use of the pool to ourselves. There are no worries of finding space round the pool or fighting over sunbeds, you can just sunbathe on our patio while the kids play in the pool.”

- Notes on accommodation: Apartment is suitable for children and is equipped with many items for the whole family to enjoy (we have 2 children ourselves) there is a baby intercom in the living room cabinet. Also ideal for elderly as there are only 3 steps into the property. Air conditioning included in the price. The apartment is in the same complex as property ref S17017 on this website, if you require 2 apartments near to each other, please contact the apartment owner separately. Outside: Sun terrace to front and back all gates with locks making it very secure for the young ones, large patio looking out over communal pool, there are table, chairs and sun loungers for outside and barbecue. Clean pool for adults including children’s section. Parking within complex to the side of the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning is done before arrival, towels and linen included. Other: All windows have electric shutters so easy to open and close and there are fixed mosquito nets at all windows.
