Available all year round is this fantastic 2 bedroom apartment which has a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. Just 10 minutes walk away are the beaches of Las Americas with a host of activites for the young and the old. Located just a short walk away you have restaurants which cater for every taste from Chinese to Indian, steak houses and traditional Spanish. When you are finished dining why not try the night life where you can enjoy soul, traditional Irish or a bit of karaoke, you name it. Great location, bit basic but offered us an affordable holiday very close to all the main attraction

The apartment was basic, but clean, pool was really lovely and very clean, location was awesome. Bit noisy at night from the club nearby but thats the same with anywhere in a busy resort. We found parking easy across the road from the apartment, so around 300 yards away. Shower was really good.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Tenerife south at 18 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Los cristianos at 2.8 Kilometres Car: necessary


Within 10 minutes walk from the apartment there are various beaches with a whole host of cafes and bars located along the beach front.


The nearest airport is Reina Sofia (or Tenerife South). The taxi ride to the apartment is between 15 and 20 euros and takes about 20 minutes. As the apartment is centrally located, car hire is not required.


Los Cristianos is 10 to 15 minutes walk approx. A full bus service is available for any longer journeys.

Further Details:

A large supermarket is located just 5 mins walk away, or there is a small shop on the complex with all the necessary items - open from 7am till 11pm.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival and departure times will be advised when booking but normally you would be required to vacate the apartment by 11am on the day of departure and check in after 3pm on the day of arrival.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Bookings over 12 weeks receive a 10% discount. Prices displayed may vary.The apartment owner is prepared to negotiate for last minute bookings and long term bookings.
