About the Owner

We live in Milton Keynes and have three children age ten, seven and three. We bought the apartment in 2007 for our eventual retirement and to use while the children were young.

Some way from retiring we use the apartment 3 or 4 times a year. Often with friends and family.

We love our holidays in Mallorca and have made many friends there.

Great apartment and location. Plenty to see and do around the area. The apartment, pool and beach really are as good as the pictures. Very clean. Thank you we will be booking next year.

We have had a great holiday and have really enjoyed staying in your apartment at Romantic Parc. The complex was quiet and as you said the pool was never too busy but there were other families there enabling our girls to make some new friends. They have learnt a lot about other countries and the different languages!

We have enjoyed it so much that we would be really interested in returning possibly next year and will be in touch later in the year to find out when it will be free in the summer holidays next year.

Best holiday ever, we didn't want to come home. The beaches were fantastic, the sun shone, the apartment was perfect and the food was delicious.

Great place to stay

Lovely apartment, well-equipped. Very nice complex and pool.

Majorca is a perfect destination if you're looking for somewhere quieter. We have two young children - aged 5 and 2 - and really like the island. Beaches and towns never seem too busy, even in peak times (last time we were there end of July / early August). Attractions are within easy drive and motorways were empty. We've taken the kids to Majorca twice (our last stay was in this apt) and have just booked the apartment again for next summer.

The owner's communication has been perfect from start to finish, helpful and efficient.

Lovely apartment

We had a week at this apartment, from the first enquiry the owners were quick to respond and answer questions we had. The apartment was lovely, light and airy and had all we needed. The pool was great especially the kids pool which was just right for our little one.

The apartment gets the best of the evening sun which was fantastic for winding down after a busy day.

Lovely place and if we go back to Porto Cristo area we'll definitely rebook.

From the Owner

The main reason we bought the apartment is its location to the beaches and Cala Mendia village, we can walk to in the evening. Also if we want more entertainment we go into Cala Millor for all the usual shops and bars you would expect in a built up resort or maybe a walk around Porto Cristo. We feel the apartment is perfectly located if you want choice on your holiday and to explore the island. It is a quiet complex with approx 30 apartments. The children’s pool has been great for our children to gain confidence in the water.

Activity and Interests


10 mins walk to stunning Cala Anguila beach (pictured), large sandy beach with very gentle slope into water. It is not visible from the road so is a real hidden treasure. Sunbeds and shades available to hire. Restaurant on the beach. Second beach is 15 mins walk to Cala Mandia again beautiful beach in the centre of the village with shops/restaurants nearby.


Palma airport is 40 mins drive on very good roads (mostly dual carriageway). Car hire is not essential as beaches, shops and local restaurants are within easy walking distance. Regular local buses are available outside the complex to Portocristo and surrounding towns.


The beautiful Spanish town of Porto Cristo is 2 miles away. The famous Coves del Drac are 2 miles away in Porto Cristo. Manacor, the islands second largest town is 20 mins drive, internationally famed for the manufacture of Marjorcian pearls. Fantastic coastal walks.

Further Details:

Large hotel in village offering evening entertainment. Fully stocked supermarket, chemist and gift shops. Half a dozen Spanish restaurants all within walking distance.

Porto Cristo has several large supermarkets, banks and shops.

Booking Notes:
A 20% deposit is required for all bookings and full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. Smokers are welcome to smoke on the outside terrace.
If there is no availability for your preferred dates I can put you in touch with other owners with similar properties in the complex/area. Please email me your required dates.

Changeover Day:
The apartment is available from 4pm and needs to be vacated by 10am. If there are no other guests on the same days this can be flexible.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. In addition there is a £10 per person charge for cleaning changeover. All utilities fully included. Long winter lets can be agreed at reduced rates.

A 20% derposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before your stay
