A lovely, well furnished and maintained apartment with three double bedrooms, en-suite to master bedroom and further shower room. Comfortable lounge with two large sofas and dining area seating six people. Separate kitchen with utility room off housing washing machine and tumble dryer. On site there is a bar and bistro serving food all day and Rendevous restaurant serving high class evening meals. Winter Gardens boasts a full size competition bowling green, it is located in a fairly quiet location on the Golf Del Sur, about 5 minutes walk to the sea, harbour, bars and restaurants. There is evening entertainment locally, however there is just one nightclub about fifteen minutes walk away, it is ideally suited to families or those looking for a more peaceful holiday.
We are a family of five living in the midlands. We first went to the Golf Del Sur on a last minute holiday and fell in love with the place. It is much quieter than many parts of Tenerife, plenty of nice bars and restaurants but only one small nightclub so doesn't attract the party crowds which suited us as a family when the children were smaller, now they are grown up they want to go without us!

We bought this property because it is spacious and has three good sized bedrooms so could accommodate all of us without someone sleeping on a sofa bed in the lounge. We loved the complex because it is spotlessly clean and the grounds really well kept.
The complex is private so it is not a holiday resort therefore it is never crowded or rowdy around the pool. There are lovely views from the balcony and it is very peaceful.
Guest book is kept at the apartment with all positive comments about the apartment and the area.

We have visited this apartment 3 times now and will definitely be going back. This is a well cared for and very well kept property. All of the rooms are decorated to a very high standard and the whole property is immaculately clean.
There is only 2 of us but there is plenty of room for a family of 6 to use without tripping over each other,
The apartment is well equipped and idea if you want to go self catering. There is a good size galley style kitchen with everything needed to feed the family.
There is also a good size balcony to relax after a busy day.
I am a disabled person with mobility problems and the apartment is easy to access as is the rest of this beautiful complex which has really made the effort to provide wheelchair or mobility scooter access to the onsite Restaurant and bar. There is also a fantastic pool and sunbed area which is strictly for residents of the complex.
As a summery this is and ideal holiday home for everyone.

25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 30 DAYS before departure. A security deposit of £100.00 is payable with the balance, this is returned within 7 days subject to deductions for damage or breakages. Prices quoted are for full occupancy, discounts can be given for smaller groups and long term bookings of three weeks or more. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
Flexible. Normal check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. As this is a privately owned apartment, where possible we will try and accommodate guests if they have early or late flights respectively.
Notes on prices:
Prices quoted are for full occupancy. Discounts can be given for smaller parties, eg. the rate for two people for 7 nights is £350.00. Discounts can also be given for bookings more than three weeks.
