The apartment is in a stylish complex in an exclusive area. It is furnished to a 5 star standard and is serviced by a lift. In fact it is home from home for our clients who regularly return each year. It is centrally located beside the Roma Golf Park a wonderful family entertainment centre recommended by many travel books It is 5 minutes walk from the Marina which is full of restaurants, shops and nightlife, and just 2 minutes to the magnificent Falesia beach via the tourist train which stops outside the apartment. This fun train will bring you around Villamoura all day with the one ticket. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment with frequent buses to Faro and Albufeira. The apartment is south facing and has a view of the Marina and Lake Hotel. There is a shopping centre containing a supermarket, bakery, bank and restaurant beside the apartment. This luxurious complex contains a large swimming pool and a separate kid's pool, and comes complete with luxury loungers. We have fast speed internet in the apartment to allow you keep in touch with home and office at no extra cost

About the Owner

Paschal and Catherine Quinn live in Ireland and have 3 children. We rent the apartment for the summer season and visit Vilamoura throughout the winter. We never get tired of Portugal. We love the easy going atmosphere, the beaches,the environment and the friendliness of the people. Our children adore the apartment complex, especially the pool. They often bring friends with them and enjoy being around the marina and Falesia beach.

We like to think we have an excellent product as we price it reasonably and look after it very well. It has an excellent location just 5 mins from the marina but right beside probably the best and most reasonably priced restaurant in Portugal called GolfSol restaurant. We are also just across the road from a family entertainment centre called Roma golf Park.

Perfect, relaxing holiday!

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Vilamoura. This apartment was perfect for us! A clean, spacious apartment in a great location, fantastic facilities, perfect pool area and a very helpful owner. We ate out every night, enjoyed a lovely boat trip and spent time at the beautiful beach. I wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return soon.

We saw many properties but fell in love with Marina Sol because it was so bright, spacious and well finished. We had it professionally interior decorated. We love the idea that we can be at the apartment just 21/2 hours after we leave Dublin Airport in Ireland. It is home from home for us and for our many customers. The weather is excellent in the Algarve with 300 days of sunshine. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful and the people are helpful, considerate and friendly. We enjoy walking and our apartment is in an amazing area for walks. The golf clubs were a big attraction as we are a short drive (5 mins) from Millennium golf club, the Old Course, the Victoria Golf Club and the Villa Sol. We are walking distance from the Pinhal Golf Course.

Activity and Interests


There are 2 beaches within easy reach. Beach no.1 is within a short walk of the marina and will take approx 15 mins to walk. Beach no.2 is Falesia Beach a world class beach which is a 3 minute drive and a 25 minute walk. It is possible to walk for 1 hour each way on Falesia and enjoy the spectacular red cliffs. There are hotels along beach most notably the Pine Cliffs resort which is a must to see and enjoy.


The nearest airport is Faro Airport and the apartment is approx 25 minutes from the airport.


Vilamoura village is a 5 minute walk. There is a small shopping centre containing a supermarket within 1 minute of the apartment. Alisuper is the name of the supermarket and is very good especially it's bakery where you can enjoy fresh rolls each morning.

Further Details:

Villamoura is renowned for it's sporting, especially it's water sport facilities, and golf clubs. There is a water park within a 15 minute drive from the apartment.

Location, location and location! Our property is unique in it's location. It is just 5 minutes walk from the marina but a world apart in terms of quietness and privacy. You do not need to hire a car and will never need a taxi to come home at night Whilst it is 6 years old it is in mint condition and as good as the day we bought it. We travel over 5 to 6 times a year including during our rental season to make sure everything is perfect for our customers. We only rent the apartment for 10 weeks a year as we want to keep it in pristine condition.
