Villa in Javea, Costa Blanca - Peaceful Location and 5 minutes to Beaches

This is a pretty villa in a large garden with private parking for several cars. It is maintained as a home and is very comfortable - a hairdryer in every room, beach towels and bags supplied - all comforts for a memorable holiday. The situation is perfect close to pretty coves and the miradors (best views) on the Costa Blanca. Supermarket, bars, tennis and good restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.

The villa has just undergone an extensive includes new plastering,new Windows,new kitchen / diner with extension,new tiling place is fully modernised and now even a more wonderful base for your holiday or extended stay in the area,

Im Jackie Sharpe and I live in Spain . I have 2 daughters, who now live in England, the youngest is in the Motor Trade and the eldest is a primary school teacher.I am early retired as my husband became very ill and you know what they say about life being too short! So we took the step to move to Spain about 11 years ago. I still visit the UK frequently and love both countries for different reasons. I dont regret our move to Javea is so beautiful and so relaxing..Im sure you will think so to.

I now get a real buzz from seeing my holiday makers have a good time at my properties.

I enjoy eating out socialising with friends reading travel and Zumba!I also have a lovely holiday home in I get to as often as I would love this visit soon .

We have stayed at Casa Jacanol several times and we have always been well looked after by Les and Jackie. The villa enjoys a relatively quiet position next to a wooded green belt area. The pool, sunbathing area and terrace are all good. The kitchen area is a little small for larger parties(6) but fine for smaller ones(2-4_)but is supported in any case by a good BBQ area.

There are several good bars and restaurants in a very short walking distance and a mini market around 100 yards away. I will definitely be back next year- David Ackerman 2011

Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning available at an extra 50 euros per week. If your party is 4 or less you can choose not to have the third, ensuite, bedroom, this can be locked off and the price reduced accordingly-please ask. Outside: The villa has a large terrace,a separate patio and a spacious Mediterranean garden. The pool is an ample 8 x 4m and is beautifully maintained. There are 6 comfortable sun loungers with umbrellas. There is a traditional BBQ included and a GAS bbq can be hired at 30 euros per week . The pool is private to the villa and features a large sunbathing entertainment area. Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh linen and towels are supplied with every let, mid stay clean and or linen change can be arranged at extra cost. High chair can be hired in at 10 euros per week.

Excellent spacious property both inside and out, high quality furniture and kitchen.

Property on a large plot of land ideal for parking. Private pool although our visit was in winter did not use. Quality furniture and equipment inside the property all you need for a pleasant stay.

There was plenty of room it was bright and spacious.

This is a lot more than a holiday villa. It is a real home from home, everything you could want and more. Excellent, would recommend this villa everytime. Javea and surrounding area beautiful. Jackie and Phil were excellent, nothing too much trouble.

Our 8th Visit to this villa

This is a lovely villa. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and have been upgraded this year. The major improvement for this year has been the extending and refitting of the kitchen. It now has a large oven and a dishwasher, plus the usual micro wave, toaster etc.The new cabinets are modern and stylish and there are new work surfaces. The black and white colour theme is very impressive. The kitchen entrance has been widened into an archway and new floor tiles flow throughout the property.

The owners put in a new freesat satelite dish and box whilst we were there.

The garden area has been unafected by the kitchen extension and the pool remains very clean.

There are several restaurants within walking distance plus dozens more in Javea Arenal and harbour areas.

Any problems, not that we had any are quickly addressed by Jackie and Phil.

I understand that the owners are haveing more work done to improve the villa still further this winter.

I would recomend it to friends but I don`t want to impinge on my ability to go there again.

Villa Jacanol

We have stayed here many times. It has an excellent location. It is reasonably quiet but has several restaurants in walking distance. I am told that the villa will be updated this year with a new kitchen and a bedroom upgrade which would give it 4 stars. The pool is always well kept and there is plenty space around it. There is a private area with table and chairs if you are eating in.
