I just wanted to drop you an email to say how much we enjoyed our recent stay in your beautiful home in Nerja (2 August – 16 August).
The property is great and attention to detail with everything is first class. I loved the kitchen particularly the Nespresso coffee maker and the fab toaster.
Could I please ask if the double mattress was purchased in Spain or the UK as it was so very comfortable and we both slept really well.

There is an activity centre on Burriana beach which will cater for almost all your requirements.
8 mins walk to the lovely Burriana beach with sun loungers for hire, showers and plenty of good restaurants and bars along the front. There is also a mini market here.
The nearest airport is Malaga, approx 45 min drive and 70km, car hire is recommended. However, there is a very good bus service to and from the airport. Taxis are available also.
Old town is only a leisurely walk from our house. Frigliana and Competa are beautiful white villages just a short drive away. Maro just down the coast is a nice walk too. Granada is a 2 hour drive but well worth a visit to see the Alhambra Gardens. The famous Nerja caves are a short distance too (concerts often take place within the caves so keep a close eye). Water Parks are at Torre de Mar and Almunecar both are a 30 min drive.
Nerja is full of Trendy and old Spanish style tapas bars and restaurants all within walking distances from The Unit. ATM machines are available on Burriana beach at Nerjamar Real Estate Office. Banks are in the old town 15 mins walk away. There is a Super Sol (supermarket) less than 5 mins drive from the townhouse and a small mini market on Burriana Beach. Eroski is a 20 mine drive towards Malaga but has excellent facilities including a Dunnes stores and an amazing supermarket. There is an activity centre on Burriana beach where you can organise diving and other activities from. Some of the local restaurants that we recommend are Nerja de Nerja On Burriana beach just a short walk to and from where you are staying. For more up market dining 34 on Carabeo is a highly recommended dining experience, booking is advisable. H20 is d a wonderful place to have an afternoon cocktails, some tapas or a late night drink after your excellent meal. These are a few of our favourite little places, we hope you enjoy them too.The old town is well worth a trip at night time,Some lovely Spanish restaurants and we have recently discovered a great Thai.Asian Bens just of the Balcon is worth a visit,Try the salt & pepper Chicken starter (totally yummy) Nerja has everything to suit all tastes.

25% non refundable deposit at time of booking this will secure your reservation. The remainder to be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain. As a valued guest we will give 10% discount on return visits. We also require a 200 euro damage deposit which is fully refundable after an inspection by our caretaker. We will offer a 10% on all bookings for 10 days or more if the deposit is received before 31st March 2016
Changeover day is flexible. We do require however that you inform us of your arrival times. To facilitate new arrivals we require that your departure is no later that 10am to facilitate new arrivals. Your accommodation will be available from 4pm.
