( excluding Christmas and New Year ) A beautiful Spanish style villa,modernized yet maintaining its original character, set in a very large garden with private pool. The villa has 4 air conditioned bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people.

The Lemon Grove is on a 12,000 sq.mtr. flat plot of land with mature gardens planted with fruit trees and native plants.

The large pool is located at the bottom of the garden with a covered rustic pool bar, changing room, shower, toilet and barbecue area.

There are several private outdoor seating areas, both covered and open set among the fruit trees.The property is secure with an electronic entrance gate and the villa is set well back from the road.The indoor living space is made up of an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area. There is a tiled entrance hall with stairs to the top floor.

There is a TV with SKY satellite channels. The villa also has a wireless internet connection.

Outside the double French doors is a large terrace area and covered bar. There is plenty of soft seating and table for alfresco dining.

Simply Superb !

We have just returned from what was a pretty perfect week at this magical villa!

The villa is very well equipped a real home from home experience, the grounds are large, ideal for a family, plenty of sunny and shaded spaces to sit and relax and enjoy the tranquility that the villa offers.

The Master bedroom opens onto the terrace area with most gorgeous bougainvillea framing the terrace area, as the name suggests there were also plenty of Lemon trees laden with fruit.

The pool is an excellent size, with a bar area just off to keep drink/food cold, also 2 BBQ's.

The villa is a flat stroll to the Port & and the pretty beaches at Camp De Mar and St Elmo just 10 minutes away by car.

We loved every minute and cannot wait to return next year with our extended family .

Beautiful Villa

We were very impressed with this beautiful villa with it's gorgeous garden with it's colourful flowers and impressive pool (which was easily large enough for a satisfying swim). The arrangement of rooms in the villa make it suitable for both families or couples and the property more than lived up to it's name and we made several jugs of very refreshing lemonade! The kitchen was very well equipped and I imagine the outdoor cooking facilities would have been very useful had our visit been a little later in the season. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and we hope to stay here again later this year.

It was a perfect holiday for two weeks in Villa Limonera. The house was perfectly situated. Only 15 minutes walking to Port Andratx. The Villa was really amazing, better than the photos. Thanks also to Jane for the good care during my stay. I enjoyed the two weeks very much and I'm sure to come again to this beautiful paradise.

Car: recommended

The villa is located on a quiet back road on the outskirts of Port Andratx. The Port is a couple of minutes drive away, or an easy 15/20 minute flat walk. There are sandy beaches, places of interest and golf courses all within a short drive.

Port Andratx is a luxury resort in the South West corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean.

There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for water sports. Scuba-divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea. The sea is exceptionally clean and clear, giving long distances of vision.

This location is also a fine choice for golfers. There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range within 5 minutes drive. There are a further 5 courses within 20 minutes drive offering challenges for all levels of players.

The mountains offers great walks for the hikers and for the more energetic

    From the 1st January to 31st May 2015 & from the 29th September to the 31st December 2015 we are offering a 50% DISCOUNT from our published rates for parties of four guests or less — why stay in an apartment when you can enjoy the location & space of The Lemon Grove?!!

    During peak weeks,July-15th September bookings are Saturday-Saturday, outside of that we can be flexible with arrival days.
    We ask for a 25% deposit on booking & the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay, a £500 security deposit is also required with the final balance, this is returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
    Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros.
