A wonderfully spacious apartment, with lift access and private parking. The penthouse overlooks a large community swimming pool with a second pool and toddler pool alongside. There are also tennis facilities. Supermarket shopping is within 200 yards and the shops, bars and restaurants of the Tomas Maestre Marina offer superbly varied cuisine and are only a few minutes stroll away. The terraces all provide stunning sea views and the evening sunset is spectacular. The Mar Menor (inland sea) promenade is within 200 yards and offers safe bathing with the beaches a further 200 yards away. Uniquely situated at the northern end of the La Manga strip, with easy access to both Mediterranean and Mar Menor beaches. The area is ideally suited to couples or families.

The uniqueness of the La Manga Strip with its stunning sea views to all sides. The ease of access from the UK - I can do door to door in 7 hours. The variety of friendly people there from all nationalities. The Tomas Maestre Marina offers stunning views and relaxed dining with a wide variety of cosmopolitan and value for money restaurants. The fact that it is not a package holiday destination and therefore not overcrowded etc.

What makes this apartment unique

Easy access to the Tomas Maestre Marina (entrance 300 yards away). Convenient access to supermarkets, banks and chemist etc all within a couple of minutes walk. Fabulous spacious gardens and swimming pools/ tennis court. Rooftop dining with barbecue and best sea views available. Weekly market within 300yards. Choice of safe Mediterranean or Mar Menor beaches from 400 yards away. The most spacious and well equipped accomodation available.

Notes on accommodation: All bedrooms, lounge and dining areas are air conditioned with underfloor heating to all areas. Entrance is by lift to floor 5 (only 5 apartments per floor to each entrance) with private access to the entrance hallway. Outside: There are large terrace areas to all 3 floors. The 6th floor has outside table with fixed and reclining chairs and sun loungers all with cushions. The 7th floor (rooftop) has a private terrace garden with barbecue, sink unit and shower facilities. A dining table and chairs are provided with sunloungers and drinks trolley. Utility Room: Washing machine, sink and drying/ironing facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels (except pool/beach) and linen are provided. The apartment is cleaned prior to each guests' arrival and towels/linen changed weekly. A standard cleaning charge of £75 is applied. Other: Kitchen, utility, lounge, dining and master bedroom suite on 5th floor. With internal stairs to 6th floor bedroom suites 2 and 3 with external private stairs to 7th floor rooftop solarium with private garden, shower and barbecue facilities.

Excellent holiday home very clean spacious and tide. The location of the apartment was fab with the supermarket next door and loads of bars/restaurants near by.

We loved been close to the Tomas Masetre Marina with all the beautiful boats. The beach is lovely just over the road. We sunbathed at the "steps" on the beach front most days just next to the sea!

Would recommend to everybody of all ages!

Thank you very much I will be returning again!

The nearest beaches are approximately 400-500 yards away. The La Manga strip is an 18 miles long spit into the sea with beaches along both sides, offering a choice of inland sea or Mediterranean sea beaches. The beach gradient is very shallow offering safe bathing conditions particularly for young children. All beaches are sandy with many having beachbars/cafes.


Nearest airport is San Javier (Murcia) 45 minutes drive or Alicante 75 minutes. Both are serviced by virtually all low cost carriers. Guests can hire cars at the airport or can be picked up from the airport.


The Zoco shopping centre is approx 5 miles away whilst the fishing village of Cabo de Palos is 15 miles away, both can be reached by local bus. La Manga Club is 30 minutes away by car and its facilities include golf, tennis, restaurants and a casino. The port of Cartegena is fascinating with many historical sites dating back to Roman times and is 40 minutes by car. Murcia City offers superb Baroque architecture coupled with extensive shopping facilities and can be reached by car in 50 minutes.

The Tomas Maestre Marina offers most things you will need for a relaxing holiday including supermarkets, chemists and banks as well as cosmopolitan bars and restaurants offering an extensive variety of cuisine and at reasonable prices! You can cross the inland sea by ferry to the mainland from the Marina for a nominal charge. Car hire is available locally as is access to all forms of water sport including diving, kite surfing and sailing. Cabo De Palos offers wonderful dining for seafood lovers and also a Sunday morning market.
