Gorgeous Villa in Puerto del Carmen. Sleeps 4/6, two bedroom two bathroom villa centrally located on the flat less than 150m from the strip/sea/shops/restaurants.

The villa commands an enviable position within a highly sought after and prestigious complex as the property is not overlooked by any other, yet has gorgeous direct views of the heated swimming pools and tropical gardens from both of the villa's large sunny terraces. Due to their east and west orientation our spacious terraces are sun traps as they share the sun throughout the day from early morning to late evening. Both terraces have very comfortable sun loungers and shaded dining areas to take full advantage of the sun whether sunbathing in private, dining or having a relaxing drink outdoors.

All the properties are privately owned hence there is never a problem with availability of sun loungers, noise or poor standards often associated with tourist accommodation as the complex is a haven of tranquillity both day and night.

As the villa is bungalow style with no steps or stairs and has very spacious terraces it is suitable for all.........including guests with restricted mobility or wheelchair users......it's user friendliness further enhanced with the addition of grab rails in both bathrooms and an extra large shower in the main bathroom/en suite.

The villa has recently been upgraded to a very high standard.

Coast/Beach:

You have the choice of either of the towns 2 main beaches the beautiful sandy beaches of Los Pocillos and Playa Grande are only 5 - 10 mins walk from the complex (in opposite directions) whilst there is a beautiful smaller quiet beach a 1 min walk from the villa located at the end of our road.

Travel:

7 mins by taxi from Arrecife airport and the cost is around €12. Car hire is not required as the villa is very centrally located at the beach end of a side street located just off the main street Avenida de las Playas. However should you decide to explore this lovely island further car hire can be found from around €15 per day. Our Complex Manager has arranged discounted rates with a Local Car Hire Company for owners and guests of our complex. There is free off street car parking all around our complex.

Distances:

The villa has a premium location due to its proximity to the amenities of Peurto del Carmen. The seafront/strip with its numerous restaurants, bars, shops and the main street of Avienda de las Playas are within a 1 minutes walk. The Airport is 7 minutes by taxi.

Further Details:

There is regular entertainment and dancing at the San Antonino Hotel 200 yards away. The resorts biggest and most reasonably price supermarket Spar which has it's own bakery, delicatessen, butchery and off license is located less than a 1 minute walk at the end of our road.

Outside: Front garden terrace is equipped with a shaded section, table, six chairs and a large barbeque and 2 sun loungers and drinks table. Pool view terrace is equipped with a shaded area with a large table, six chairs and two sun loungers and drinks table. There is a second table and chairs in this terrace if you wish to dine or drink in the sun. Both terraces have also got shaded areas for dining if preffered. There are two heated pools, one a paddling for children. The pools are shared and provide ample free sun loungers and parasols. Utility Room: Safety deposit box, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean towels and linen will be provided in time for your arrival and towels will also be replaced mid week. The villa is cleaned weekly with linen and towel change. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Other: Outside This property has the following outside: Landscaped Gardens, 2 Large Suntraps of Terraces on which there are 12 garden chairs, 3 tables in shaded and non shaded areas, barbeque, 4 comfortable sun loungers with two coffee tables.

Lovely property, well kept and very homely. Owners super responsive and very helpful. Villa is literally 2 minute walk from the main promenade, beach and restaurants. Super quiet location ideal for a small family. We loved it and will return without doubt

All our prices quoted on the Owner's Direct Website are based on 2 people sharing per week with an add on for any additional guests over two of £50 per person per week up to a maximum of 6 people sharing...with the full size camp beds for the 5th and 6th person. There is no reduction in the the weekly rental charge or extra person weekly charge should the guests stay less than a week as all our rates are strictly weekly rates. Deposit of £200 per week booked to secure your chosen weeks & withdraw them from the Availability Calendar. The final balance is due 3 months prior to your arrival date. If booking within 3 months of your arrival the full amount is due.

A receipt for your payment will be issued by return.
