Queen Angel Suite is one of eight suites in the most beautiful exclusive secure development on Grafton Beach. Completely redecorated in October 2016 the interior is designed for relaxed informal living. A gate (with shower adjacent) takes you from the pool complex and gardens onto Grafton beach, one of the prettiest on the Island with excellent swimming, body boarding and snorkeling.
The Suite comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening directly onto a west facing terrace. All bedrooms have super king sized beds two of which can be split into singles if required.
The lounge area has two large sofa/day beds with facility to be made up as two extra single beds.
Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bathroom is separate which allows guests or extra residents use independent of the third bedroom.
All rooms have air conditioning and the living and master bedroom suite have access directly onto the front terrace and overlook the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with high quality American oven, microwave and fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Towels and linen are supplied. A maid service is weekly unless by arrangement.
The suite is on the first floor with wonderful sunsets seen from the terrace which has a gas BBQ, seating for 6 and two sun loungers. A spiral staircase accesses the communal pool, sun terraces and gardens direct from the suite.
The complex is accessed via an automatic security gate leading to secure underground parking with internal access up to the suites.
The complex has a resident Swiss manager who lives in his own service suite and maintains all aspects of the development. He has two relaxed cats and two friendly dogs, Lucy and Mango.
The Suite is fitted with fiber-broadband offering 25mbps speeds.
The owner, Jim Elliott, is British, a veterinary surgeon and property developer living in Somerset, UK. He is a keen scuba diver and sailor which drew him to the Island and consequently lead to him being one of the 8 original purchasers of this exclusive development.

Black Rock Dreams is the name of this exclusive 8 suite development directly situated on Grafton Beach. It the most beautiful of developments on the island and offers both swimming pool with gardens and direct access onto an attractive beach on the Caribbean side of the island.
Direct access to the beach without crossing any roads or having to drive. Direct views of the beach, sea and sunsets from it's terrace. Modern fittings and decor with its own fiber-broadband.
It really is on the beach, no ‘only 5 mins from it’ which makes any trip an exercise in organisation...not what I want to do on holiday. Wonderful to relax on the sun terrace by the pool and see the kids playing on the beach in front of you a few yards away.
Simply stunning location. Walk directly onto the beach from the property. Sit on the balcony and watch hummingbirds in the bougainvillia flowers. This is the fourth time we've stayed in Queen Angel Suite and we are already planning our next trip. We were very pleased with the appartment's facelift. The whole place had just been painted before we arrived and it couldn't have looked better. The dishwasher was also brand new and fully functional. The new WiFi is faster than I get in the UK!
I would not hesitate to recommend this appartment as a gettaway destination. It is clean, bright and perfectly located.
The Dreams complex is about as near to perfection you can get without breaking the bank. I have stayed here several times now, and it truly is a warm, family friendly and relaxing place to stay. I will definitely come back, I will definitely stay here again. However I have to say, it is past time to reinvest in this particular condo. I'm not going to get critical but basic repairs are desperately needed, some furnishings should be replaced, and maybe throw some fresh paint on the walls. I wish the owner would have been informed of the construction that started during my holiday, sorry that's not polite.
I will say, I wish I could own this property, that would be my dream. The property manager was extremely nice, thank you Norma for everything! The Seahorse Inn, stunning! Thank you to all there who work there with Norma.
The property is a beach front complex, meticulously maintained by live in staff. It's a clean safe friendly place, where we have had a nice time with guests and staff. It's easy to get to, easy to find and convenient for the shopping essentials.
When booking this suite I thought it looked fabulous and so wondered why there were no reviews. Having returned from a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday I have decided to write a review. The location is absolutely fantastic. The views from the balcony are beautiful, as are the gardens, the pool and the beach. Being able to walk to the Sea Horse Inn restaurant and Bucaneers Beach bar was a great bonus and both were very good. The suite was big and comfy and had everything you needed however there were a couple of things that I think need attention. Mainly the air conditioning in the master bedroom. Corresponding with Jim, the owner was at times frustrating; you may have to wait a while for a reply but he was very courteous and full of useful and interesting information: His Tobago brief was really helpful. In summary, I would have no hesitation in rebooking or recommending the Angel suite to others.
Great location right on Grafton Beach, the apartment is spacious, surrounded by well kept gardens, small pool and underground secure parking. The caretaker on site is friendly and very helpful. There is a spacious balcony with dining table for 6 and barbecue. The apartment unfortunately has not been maintained very well and looks tired and dated. Some of the furniture needed cleaning when we arrived, but the apartment was cleaned to a good standard by the maid at the end of our first week. The owner was courteous, but not very prompt in our dealings. Would we recommend to our friends, I am not sure, but armed with knowledge of our stay, I think the positives outweighed the negatives and we did have a pleasant stay there. My recommendation to the owner would be to update some of the equipment, and carry out all the necessary repairs, then the 3 stars could be elevated to 5 stars.

The price is for 2 persons using the suite ie one bedroom
For 2015 if there are 4 persons using the suite ie two bedrooms used the price will be £945 per week
If there are 6 persons ie the 3 bedrooms are used price will be £1015 per week. Xmas & New Year 2015/16 is a fixed price at £1260 per week
For 2016, 2 persons is £910.00, 4 persons £980.00, 6 persons £1050 per week. Xmas & New Year 2016/17 is a fixed price at £1295 per week
Note the minimum weekend price is £495 in 2015 and £510 in 2016, This is for 3 nights Fri, Sat & Sun or 2 nights with evening checkout on the Sunday.
