Modern tastefully furnished 3 bedroom villa situated in an extremely quiet cul-de-sac in the Tosalet Hills area within 5 minutes from Javea's main Arenal beach. The property sleeps 6 people in complete comfort. The interior provides spacious holiday accommodation with one king size bedroom including ceiling fan & fitted wardrobes. En suite with his & hers basins, two twin bedrooms with ceiling fans & fitted wardrobes. There is also a modern family bathroom. The living space is completed with a fully fitted kitchen and a large, fully furnished, "L" shaped lounge and dining area. Double glazed doors lead from the lounge onto the Naya which offers outdoor dining and comfortable seating in the shade. Steps lead down to the patio and pool area, which is equipped with six sun loungers. The property is extremely private with security gates and ample parking at the bottom of the drive in front of the villa.
