Casa Lauremar has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen complete with marble worktops. It has a twin bedroom with adjacent family shower room and a master bedroom complete with a marble en-suite bathroom. Its southerly aspect provides fantastic views of the sea from the sheltered al fresco dining area, living room and pool terrace area. To the rear you will find views of Montana Roja (Red Mountain). The garden surrounding the pool terrace has been landscaped with palm trees, cacti and other local plants. For kids young and old an XBox 360 games station and WIFI Internet are available for your entertainment. Both bedrooms have TV & DVD's. The living room has a 43" plasma TV with a home cinema system. The Sky Package includes Movies and Sports which a lot of packages do not have, unfortunately due to changes outwit our control we do not receive BBC1, BBC2 or ITV channels. The main bedroom has a Gear 4 IPOD/IPHONE docking station with alarm.

Just returned from a week's holiday in Oct/Nov- everything just perfect: Villa, pool, area, weather, restaurants, even neighbours!! This holiday has to go down as one of the best holidays we've ever had, if not the best. A hassle free holiday - we've returned completely de-stressed and relaxed. Beautiful villa, so relaxing very easy to drive around lanzarote. You can order a taxi and it would be there in 5 mins but we enjoyed the villa so much we hardly left it. The pool made our holiday, it was so warm and private & watching the sunset over the sea was beautiful. Next visit to Lanzarote we would definately use this villa again. Regular fresh towels and bedding changed, don't usually get that in private villas. Fantastic hol many thanks. Very friendly owner too.

Lovely Villa

A lovely villa decorated to a high standard and comes complete with everything stated on the description plus some! For us it was an ideal place to stay offering peace, a private pool and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Being positioned in a gated development (which was kept spotlessly clean) we also felt very secure. This beautiful Canarian home is well cared for with lovely linens and a clean sparkling pool.

One word.... Superb

We have holidayed in Lanzarote for the last three years, each time self catering in a villa.

The standard of villas varies, each offering you your home from home. Casa Lauremar really does offer that home from home feel. Exceptionally well equipped, and unusually every thing worked. The finishing touches with the decor and soft furnishings are of the highest quality. Every possible item you could require for your stay is available.

We had such a fantastic stay and hope that we can enjoy all that this villa can offer on our next holiday in Playa Blanca...

suited our needs down to the ground.

We stayed at Casa Lauremar for a week of Wintersun and it was perfect for what we wanted. Although we got lucky with the weather, the house was nevertheless equipped with a startling array of books, DVDs and Sky Television that would have come in very handy on a rainy day. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything one would need to prepare some local delights. It shows that the family that own the place also stay here - a real home away from home.

There are some really nice places near Playa Blanca and we found having a car was handy to get places from the complex so that would be advisable. And finally, the bed in the double bedroom is very comfy - an oft overlooked feature of rentals.

We would definitely come here again and have already told our friends about it.

Enjoyed a fantastic break at Casa Lauremar, a real piece of home from home in the lovely resort of Playa Blanca. The villa was more than we expected it to be with everything included, more than enough crockery, cutlery and utensils and anything else you could think of. The villa is located on a small residential estate accessed through remote controlled gates which my other half loved, she felt like royalty. Lovely quite area, very peaceful and relaxing and what a pleasure to go out of the French doors to the pool and see your own sun loungers waiting for you by the pool.We hired a car for our stay and this made all the island easily accessible and it was a pleasure to use with only small amounts of traffic on the roads. The owners, John and Marlyn were a pleasure to deal with and they provided us with everything we needed inc. advise on car hire. A fabulous holiday and one we hope to repeat as soon as possible. Highly recommend

Home from home

This is a lovely 2 bedroom villa which the owner has kept in immaculate

condition. The facilities lack nothing at all and the owners have provided all the extras we could wish for, with TV,s in every room, wifi and sky TV as well as the heated pool and barbecue outside. The gated community is very clean and quiet and there are plenty of interesting walks close by, Montange Roja being right on the doorstep, giving views over Playa Blanca to Fuerteventura. In all, 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend it to my closest friends. BG

Lovely place in the sun!

Just returned from a very enjoyable stay in Casa Lauremar. It is a spacious, well equipped and comfortable villa set in attractive gardens. The area is very quiet and peaceful and we had a lovely relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Location

After visiting the other Canary Islands many times we eventually discovered Lanzarote and immediately fell in love with it. It is so clean and it has a beauty of it's own. We found the people to be very friendly too.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Arreciffe at 35 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Faro Park at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Playa Blanca at 5 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Faro Park at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Playa Flamingo at 3.5 Kilometres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

The immediate coastline, a 10 minutes walk, can be viewed from the terrace and is very rugged and rocky. There is a coastal promenade where you can walk into Playa Blanca. The nearest beach is in Playa Flamingo which is 3.5km away. This beach is very sheltered and ideal for children. Playa Blanca beach is white and sandy with a promenade of shops and restaurants. Further afield, 10-15 min drive, you will find Papagayo Beach which claims to be one of the best in all the Canaries.

Travel:

Airport 35km, Arrecife.

Car hire is not essential but is recommended.

From Playa blanca you can catch a regular ferry to Fuerteventura.

Distances:

Nearest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are 5 minutes walk away.

The Natura Palace and Rubicon Palace Hotels are 10 minutes walk.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: WIFI Broadbad Internet is available for all of our guests to enjoy. If you are a movie fan then you will enjoy our wide range of DVD's to the max on our Home Cinema System. Fans are in each bedroom and living room and we also provide an electric heater for the winter if it is required. The villa is completely enclosed with a volcanic wall which makes it extra safe for children. For your safety we have also fitted smoke alarms in the bedrooms and living room. Outside: French doors from the lounge and the master bedroom lead out onto the south facing sun terrace area complete with tables, chairs, parasol, swing chair and sun loungers which are positioned around the electrically heated private pool. A recent improvement to the al-fresco dining area has been the installation of a window, which means that it is enclosed on three sides to protect you from the wind but also maintain the fabulous views to the south. Utility Room: Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service There is a midweek towel change and a weekly towel and linen change. Other: Whether you have prepared a meal in the kitchen or on the BBQ, where better to enjoy it than at the large al-fresco dining area? From here you can enjoy your meals in comfort and appreciate the stunning views.
