Sa Punta, Pals, Costa Brava, Spain - Beautifully maintained villa, pool and Gardens, 5 minute walk from Beaches, with fantastic views.

The villa is a 3 storey, semi-detached, 4 bedroom house with wonderful views over the lush fertile Emporda Valley. It is one of a group of 10 privately owned properties that share a pool and garden area. The pool is rarely busy due to the villa's close proximity to the beaches of Sa Reira, Pals and El Roca. The area has an excellent selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets making this location very convenient. There are 7 golf courses within a short drive of the villa, all of which offer challenging sport for the experienced while also providing extremely pleasurable golf for the high handicap player. There are many historical sites museums and art treasures to enjoy - the nearby medieval village of Old Pals, the Dali museum at Figueras and the Roman and Greek ruins at Empuria. This is an up-market area with no high rise developments and is frequented mainly by Spanish from Barcelona, French, Dutch, Scandinavians and English who come for the lovely beaches, great cuisine and golf.

Your villa is so lovely and stunning views! We had very good weather, bit like here! No hint of rain and in the 30s all the following week.

Booking Notes:
If you choose to book your holiday at our house we will ask you to sign a contract and provide a 30% deposit to confirm the booking with the balance due 2 weeks before your holiday. We also take a damage deposit of £100 at the time of booking which will be refunded no later than 4 weeks after the rental finishes provided the property has not required any additional cleaning or replacement of any wilfully damaged items.

Changeover Day:
Arrival and departures on Saturday during the peak season. Arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am. Arrival and departure days and times may be flexible outside peak season- please ask.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in GBP but we are happy to receive payments direct to our Spanish account in Euros.

  • Notes on accommodation: The maximum number of guests permitted is 8. This property is strictly non-smoking and no pets The adjoining property, sleeps 6, is owned by my brother and may be available should you be a larger group, as may other properties within Residencial Emporda - please ask! Outside: The property is in well maintained gardens. The good sized pool is shared between the ten properties but is never crowded, even in August as the beaches are so close. The pool is serviced weekly during the season. The 10 villas on Residencial Emporda are privately owned and we take great pride in jointly maintaining and improving the external facilities in collaboration with our management company. In 2013 we installed new outside lighting, installed a security gate, cut down old pines and replaced with new stock and added to the garden shrubs and plants. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board and clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Rental costs include all bed linen, towels, tea towels and final clean. Additional mid-holday cleaning services, linen and towel refresh available if required. Please ask for details. Cot and high chair available if required. Other: Steps lead from the well furnished sun terrace to the beautifully maintained and colourful gardens and the swimming pool.
