This wonderful modern apartment provides comfortable accommodation for four people. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is a bedroom with a double bed, access to the terrace and an en-suite shower room. The other bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons plus there is an extra laundry room. The living room has two sofas, a dining area and TV offering English, Dutch and German language TV. The apartment also offers WiFi internet access free of charge. Outside there is a terrace with Mediterranean plants and a seating area for six people with a barbeque. At the far end of the terrace is a luxury Whirlpool which is ideal of cooling down in summer or warming up on a cool winter evening under the stars. The apartment has secure parking garage, but there is additional communal parking close to the building. All together, this apartment is in a very good location and offers good value for money. There is a spanish restaurant / bar within the building and several more local restaurants within walking distance.

500m from Estepona Port - Close to supermarket. The apartment is ideally located just a 15 min. walk away from Estepona Port and the beaches in one direction or about the same distance to the main town centre of Estepona in the other direction. The apartment offers sea views and overlooks also the local padel tennis courts and skateboard park below. Nearby there is a Lidl supermarket just five minutes walk away. There are plenty of really good inexpensive bars and restaurants in the area. Estepona is also a good central location to go exploring the Costa del Sol. Puerto Banus is 20 minutes drive away and Gibraltar about 40 minutes drive. Altogether, this apartment is within walking distance to most facilities and also central to everything by car.

    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
