"Just a wee not to say that we had a fab week at your villa in Elviria The weather was perfect and the location of the villa could not have been better.
In the past we have stayed at Reo Real, but found it a bit far from everything whereas your place is so near bars/beach/ restaurants and it made such a difference, yet the villa itself was so quiet and peaceful, all in all perfect for us and I am sure we shall return"

Fantastic Villa, great location.
This is our third visit to the Villa and we love it. Close to bars and beaches the Villa has everything you need including a garden. The modernisation that has been done since our last visit gives that little bit extra room and the pool area at the complex is also brilliant. Can't wait to come back again and again.
Very enjoyable for us - away from tourist resorts
The property is in a very quite location and is within a short walk of a good supermarket and about 20 cafes/restaurants. The villa is in a gated community that comprises about 32 properties, most of which were empty when we were there, so the communal pool was generally empty. It is 15 mins walk over a bridge across the dual carriageway to a superb beach. You can walk for rmiles in either direction. We selected this villa because of the pool, good beach, and closenesss of restaurants and supermarket. Some people may prefer more of a tourist resort atmosphere, such as Mijas, which seemed to be a nice small resort only a few miles away - however, we wanted the quiter location in Elviria. The downside of the propert is that its furnishiings (sofa, table, beds) are not up to scratch, and let the place down somewhat. However, on the basis that the owner is about to upgrade the furniture soon, we have given the place 5 stars, otherwise it would be 4. The kitchen goods (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) were however very good. We would recommmend a car to get to/from airport, and to collect heavy things from supermarket (water etc.), and to visit nearby towns. The Playwright restaurant is the nearest and was the best place to eat and offered excellent value to eat if arriving before 7:30pm.
We have stayed in this lovely villa for extended periods over the past 3 years and we look forward to returning again ! Why ? This is a quaint villa with a lovely private garden and a gorgeous pool just a few yards away . It is clean & comfortable , facilities are excellent with excellent Wi-Fi.
Since we don't drive in Spain the location is ideal as it is within easy walking distance to shops , bus , restaurants and a nice stroll to a beautiful beach .
We definitely look forward to returning in 2015
Great Location to chill
Just returned after spending a week in this villa. Location is brilliant if you fancy chill out time. But still only 20 mins from either Marbella or Fuengirola via public transport. This villa has one or two minor faults which previous review picked up on but I am sure Ken will address these small issues. Loved the private rear garden and most days we had the large pool to ourselves. The beach is only 15 mins walk away via bridge over motorway. where you will find excellent restaurant 'Rubyanna' I would also like to thank the property agent Nick for being so helpful. we enjoyed our stay so much my wife and I have rebooked for 10 days in early September.
Great location nice villa but could do with some TLC (broken windows, pillows need replacing etc ) but wouldn't stop me from going again
This was our second visit to this delightful villa. The quiet location is excellent as it is within an easy walk to shops, supermarket and many restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. The secluded private garden is superb as it benefits from all day sun. The well maintained and good size communal pool and garden are just outside the front door. The owner and his local agent were always available if needed and were extremely helpful. We have just booked again for summer 2014.
Activity and Interests
10 minutes walk to some of marbella's beautiful beaches. Six minutes walk to supermarket, restaurants, bars, banks and general entertainment.
50kms (45 minutes) to Malaga Airport.
3 mins walk to quality restaurants, bars, shops and banks. 10 mins walk to some of Marbella's best beaches (via bridge, not main road). Excellent regular bus service to Marbella, costs about 1.19 euros and takes about 15 minutes. Several golf courses nearby. 15 minute drive to Marbella town.
Hotel Don Carlos is just a 5 minute drive with all the facilities it offers such as lunch by the swimming pool, health centre, cocktail bar, fine dining etc. Places of Interest in Andalucia. While beach culture is at the heart of the Costa del Sol, Andalucian culture is also thriving, with many fiestas, holy week, flamenco. Sevilla – The largest city in Andalucia with one of the biggest fiestas in Spain: Feria de Sevilla, very popular amongst others.(Easter) When traditional costumes are worn by both sexes. Horses and carriages go out on the streets highly decorated with flowers and colourful streamers.
