In the past we have stayed at Reo Real, but found it a bit far from everything whereas your place is so near bars/beach/ restaurants and it made such a difference, yet the villa itself was so quiet and peaceful, all in all perfect for us and I am sure we shall return"

We have stayed here twice now for an extended period and loved it! The Villa is clean and has all the facilities that we require and it is in a superb location. It has a private garden for eating out and sunbathing and It is adjacent to the swimming pool. The owner has carried out substantial alterations and provided new furniture and a new large bed. There are several restaurants and bars within a 15 minute walk and the beach is only a 15 to 20 minutes walk away. There are two golf courses, a driving range and a bowling green within a 5 - 10 minute drive. We do not have young children but the pool is very nice and clean and Marbella/Puerto Banus are very near and are easily accessible by car or public transport.
This is our third visit to the Villa and we love it. Close to bars and beaches the Villa has everything you need including a garden. The modernisation that has been done since our last visit gives that little bit extra room and the pool area at the complex is also brilliant. Can't wait to come back again and again.
The property is in a very quite location and is within a short walk of a good supermarket and about 20 cafes/restaurants. The villa is in a gated community that comprises about 32 properties, most of which were empty when we were there, so the communal pool was generally empty. It is 15 mins walk over a bridge across the dual carriageway to a superb beach. You can walk for rmiles in either direction. We selected this villa because of the pool, good beach, and closenesss of restaurants and supermarket. Some people may prefer more of a tourist resort atmosphere, such as Mijas, which seemed to be a nice small resort only a few miles away - however, we wanted the quiter location in Elviria. The downside of the propert is that its furnishiings (sofa, table, beds) are not up to scratch, and let the place down somewhat. However, on the basis that the owner is about to upgrade the furniture soon, we have given the place 5 stars, otherwise it would be 4. The kitchen goods (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) were however very good. We would recommmend a car to get to/from airport, and to collect heavy things from supermarket (water etc.), and to visit nearby towns. The Playwright restaurant is the nearest and was the best place to eat and offered excellent value to eat if arriving before 7:30pm.
We have stayed in this lovely villa for extended periods over the past 3 years and we look forward to returning again ! Why ? This is a quaint villa with a lovely private garden and a gorgeous pool just a few yards away . It is clean & comfortable , facilities are excellent with excellent Wi-Fi.
Since we don't drive in Spain the location is ideal as it is within easy walking distance to shops , bus , restaurants and a nice stroll to a beautiful beach .
We definitely look forward to returning in 2015
Just returned after spending a week in this villa. Location is brilliant if you fancy chill out time. But still only 20 mins from either Marbella or Fuengirola via public transport. This villa has one or two minor faults which previous review picked up on but I am sure Ken will address these small issues. Loved the private rear garden and most days we had the large pool to ourselves. The beach is only 15 mins walk away via bridge over motorway. where you will find excellent restaurant 'Rubyanna' I would also like to thank the property agent Nick for being so helpful. we enjoyed our stay so much my wife and I have rebooked for 10 days in early September.
