Private parking place included in price. 24 h Security service . Apartment has spacious and well equipped rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all that is likely to be needed, dinner set, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, hot water. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom. Brand new pine furniture. Apartment balcony has amazing views to the sea, city and mountains. Ideal for anyone with kids. 10 mins walk to nightlife area. The complex is one of the biggests complex in Benidom with a lot of services around, 6 cinemas with films in english, open air market 2 min at the end street two days at week, some supermarkets, one of them just in the same block, social security medical service 2 min.

Hi Gomez, Lindsey and I rented your apartment from june 5th till july 3rd 2010

we thought the apartment was good with all the facilities there as detailed

plenty of storage space and a very good bathroom. The large balcony with great views and the sun from mid afternoon till late evening was excellent. The swimming pool, with attendant, was good for adults and children and only 2 euro for a lounger per day. Good supermarket, chemist and local bars where all within 3 minutes walk. Sunday and Wednesday large outdoor markets within 5 mins. The local cinema (6 screens) had a new uptodate English film (6.45 & 8.45pm) each week. We would certainly recommend it, all the best. Lovely Apartment in Excellent Location.

You can book this apartment with complete confidence. We were met by Rafi the cleaner at the apartment, after ringing her on arrival at the airport, and she showed us around and explained how everything worked before leaving us.It was exceptionally clean throughout, plenty of bedding/towels for our 11 night stay, and air con in bedroom and lounge which was a godsend as the temperature was in the 30's! This complex has one of the biggest pools in the area,including kids pool and indoor heated one also. We have used gemelos 22 on several occasions before, but this apartment was the best we have had. Book with confidence and you will enjoy your stay, it is the quietest of the 3 blocks, we had no noise at all during our stay.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment. The apartment was extremely well equipt and comfortable and very clean. Very good communication with the owner, and the lady keeper very helpful.we have stayed in this complex twice before but found this was our most comfortable, made lots of memories here. you wont find better

Stayed here for 14 nights, me the missus and 2 teenage daughters, the apartment is immaculate with everything you need, bedding, towels, big fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine and microwave, iron, ppt and pans etc, etc. Its on the 19th floor in the quietist of the 3 towers with amazing views towards the sea.the swimming pools and gardens are very well kept and spotlessly clean.we found sun beds available any time of day.the complex is secure and gated and you need keys to get in so the kids can run around and swim in safty.there is also a lifeguard there all day some say he was a bit strict but if you obey the rules of the pool he cant complain can he!!. Anyway the owner of this apartment Jose was very helpful so much so we are using it again this year..

Benidorm

Great location

Stayed here for 12 nights. It is a spotlessly clean apartment including the entrance area and the grounds. There are 4 swimming pools, one of which is covered. It is on the 19th floor, but that is no problem as the lifts were great. This was the best self catering apartment we have had in Benidorm with everything you need & more. It is close to the square, but not too close, also within walking distance of the old town. It is a 2 minute walk to the market. We would definitely stay there again.
