About this property

The apartment is situated in a stunning complex which is just minutes walk to the beautiful Blue Flag beach. The complex includes pools, bar/restaurant, tennis courts, children's play area all set in beautiful gardens. The whole area is child friendly and safe with a large fence round the pools. The sea is at the end of the road and can be seen from the entrance. The beach is 6 miles of white sands with numerous cafes and restaurants dotted along the beach front. Sports include kite surfing, wind surfing, surfing, sailing, golf, tennis and horse riding at 2 equestrian centres 5min away. The main street is 100m towards the beach where fresh bread and all essentials can be bought. There are lots of great bars and tapas restaurats located in this area.

Family holiday

Stayed for a week out of season it was only just opening up for the summer but the beach and local restaurants were very good would definitely come again and the apartment was great nice and clean and well equipped

Wonderful holiday

Great apartment in a lovely resort. Kids loved the massive pool, very short walk to the most gorgeous beach, restaurants. The property manager was very helpful, all in all a fabulous experience. We’ll definitely be returning when we can - thanks Charlotte.

Nice location in possible need of refurbishing.

The communication in advance was very efficient and so was the communication during the reception. What we liked most were the possibilities of the nearby Barossa beach and the swimmingpool. The beds however are in need of urgent refurbishment and so is the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, everything could be done on foot. Also the presence of several beach stuff like chairs and umbrella was really pleasant. We don’t know anything about preparing food in the house because we have only been there to sleep and shower. Thank you for letting us stay in this wonderfull environment😎

Wonderful location

The apartment is part of a beautiful low-rise complex around a huge shared pool. There is also a pleasant cafe and sports courts on site and the whole place was very friendly and full of the most beautiful trees and flowers. It all felt very Spanish. The complex itself is only a few minutes walk from the fabulous beaches and many varied restaurants, shops and little markets. It is obviously a holiday place but feels very friendly and inclusive. Everywhere, including the many public WCs, was spotlessly clean. Few locals speak much English but many menus have translations and although we don't speak Spanish, we didn't find it to be a problem. The apartment itself is pleasant and well equipped. There are fans provided that we were very glad of at night and it was lovely to have a place to sit outside in the evenings. It proved an excellent base for exploring this most beautiful of locations.

Fabulous Location

We had a wonderful week in this lovely apartment which is in the most fabulous location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and perfectly located for trips to Cadiz Thoroughly recommend

We are a family of five who holiday every year at this apartment if it is free. Our 3 children have loved every minute of the complex and area.

Why they chose this property

Our apartment is in such a prime location, shops, restaurants and the beautiful La Barrosa beach are all within a few minutes walk. From lazy pool days to body boarding beach days right through to kayaking and water sports, La Barrosa has it all. Uncrowded, unspoilt and full of culture, Costa de la Luz is a true gem.
