Ground floor apartment with large front terrace and small terrace to the rear. Situated on the corner of the complex, it is in an ideal location to access local shops, restaurants, pools and evening entertainment but still give you a relaxing peaceful break. Fully equipped for home cooking, but also within walking distance of local restaurants which are between 2 and 10 minutes away. Comprising of 3 bedrooms 2 Double Rooms with Single Beds and 1 Bedroom with Bunk Beds. 1 bathroom with shower, and toilet facilities. Small kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer and washing machine.

Within sight of the apartment is the children's play area for toddlers, and the complexes pool and restaurant is a minute away.

Perfect Holiday

We stayed for a week in May 2016, two couples four adults. We had a fantastic time and absolutely loved the apartment and the location is superb. Son Bou is a fantastic resort full of lovely restaurants all of which are a 5 minute walk maximum. The apartment is the perfect size and has everything you need. We will be definitely going back next year. Jason.

Nearest Airport : MAHON at 20 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : MAHON at 20 Kilometres Nearest Beach : SON BOU at 5 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

700 meters away from the 3km sandy beach of Son Bou. The apartment is within easy walking distance of both the beach and town center. Bus stops for local buses to Mahon and Alaior can be found less than 30 meters from the apartment and there is ample parking for those wishing to hire a car.

Travel:

Mao airport is 20 minutes away by car. The port of Mahon is 30 minutes away and Ciutadella port is 40 minutes away by car.

Distances:

Mahon is approximately 40km away and the old capital of Ciutadella is approximately 60km. For those interested in windsurfing and sailing, Fornells is 30km away where you can hire equipment for the day or week. There are numerous diving schools on the island offering a range of courses, the nearest being 50 meters from the apartment.

Further Details:

Local shops and restaurants can be found on the complex. A 10 minute walk brings you into the center of Son Bou where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Cash points can be found around the resort, or travellers cheques changed at the receptions on the complex.
