The apartment is spacious and modern, just a few steps from the beautiful swimming pools and bistro bar. The development is quiet, mainly occupied by families and couples with many European nationals, British, Scandinavian, French and of course Spanish! The area offers stunning scenery, lovely beaches and is a part of Spain that offers something for everyone.

Nearest Airport : Alicante at 100 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Bistro bar at the pool Nearest Golf : Javea Golf Club at 5 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : AP7 /E15 at 10 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Moraira at 8 Kilometres Car: necessary

Coast/Beach:

Moraig Beach, one of the most secretive and secluded beaches in Spain, is just 5 minutes drive away. The wonderful beaches of Moraira, Calpe and Javea are less then 15 minutes drive.

Travel:

Alicante and Valencia are both just over an hour's drive away. Murcia is 2 hours drive away. Car hire is cheap and readily available between all 3 airports.

Distances:

Moraira is 10 minutes drive, Calpe and Javea are 15 minutes drive away. Benidorm is 40 minutes drive. The beautiful Jalon valley is only a short drive away inland.

Being located on the left hand side of the block the apartment benefits from sunshine in even in the Winter months with fantastic views to the South and the Sierra Bernia mountains. The second bathroom makes a big difference to anyone with travelling with family or friends.
