Can Pau is in the beautiful old Moorish village of Biniariax. It is a fifteen minute walk/5 minute drive to Soller town which is full of life, good shops, bars and restaurants. The Port of Soller is a 20 minute drive and this too has a plethora of bars, restaurants as well as an excellent marina. The house is built on 3 levels with mature gardens and palm trees. Guests will benefit from real peace and quiet with uninterrupted views across the valley.All the bathrooms and the kitchen have recently been completely renovated. Fresh orange and lemons are available from our orchards. From Soller one can take a spectacular train journey across the mountains right into the centre of Palma.

Special interest holidays:

Biniariax and the surrounding areas offer walking opportunities in fabulous surroundings. Cycling is also very popular and good quality equipment can be hired locally. We can provide details of the local car rental companies the best restaurants and bars and any other activities or interests you have.

Coast/Beach:

Soller Port with its beaches and restaurants is 20 mins drive away. The port is sheltered with clean beaches and numerous shops, bars and a supermarket, Further along the coast (25 mins) is the village of Deia with it's beautiful secluded beach and more restaurants.

Travel:

The island's airport is Palma very new and well equipped. It takes approx 45 mins to drive to Biniaraix. The drive is straightforward and we will provide you with comprehensive directions.

Soller town 1.5km. Soller Port 4km. Deia 12km. Palma 45km.

We have a book in the house, built up over years, with details of all the good restaurants, shops, chemists, medical centre, supermarkets, banks, Post Office etc.

Soller is a small, peaceful and beautiful town, and it is easy to navigate around. It will only take you a leisurely hour to acquaint yourself with all the towns’ features. It has some of the best tapas in Mallorca - we'll let you know where! It is still very much a traditional town that caters for Spaniards rather than thousands of holidaymakers. The Port of Soller, a short drive away , also offers an excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars . You will find everything you need to enjoy a great holiday right on your doorstep.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday, with arrival after 5pm. We ask guests to vacate the property by 11am the following Saturday, although we are happy for bags to be left in the house between 'check-out' out and departing for the airport.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

  • Notes on accommodation: Can Pau is ideal for children. Access to the property is via a garden gate or through the garage to the street. You will have keys to both. Outside: There are numerous sun loungers, chairs and tables on the upstairs terrace, the lower terrace and around the pool (on yet another terrace). Outside the kitchen on the terrace is a long dining table that seats at least 8 and an impressive BBQ for cooking produce from the local daily fresh veg and fish markets. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and board, children's cots x 2. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are included. The house will be fully cleaned before your arrival. The couple who maintain and service the property live next door and will be able to resolve any problems fast and efficiently. Other: Traditional white-walled Mallocan 'entrada' or hallway. Escape the midday heat, or the rest of the family!
