Saneil is a gated traditional stone-clad Turkish style complex. The views to both sides are absolutely stunning and the apartment is also framed by the mountains behind.
NEW! Sofa & armchair, Turkish kilim & interior decor. Super comfy chairs for the balcony. We have a TV with VPN and own private WiFi, so fast internet connection - not shared as is usual at Saneil.

It has 2 bedrooms, a master en-suite and a twin room with extra pop up bed.

The apartment has been furnished to the highest standards with marble flooring, air conditioning and mosquito screens fitted throughout. Spectacular sea views of both Kalamar and Kalkan Bay can be enjoyed from both your own private large terrace and the swimming pool, as well as the lounge and master bedroom.

Pleasant apartment

We had a lovely stay at Lebi Derya apartment. Clean and tidy with all the required facilities. Close to great hotel ‘Elixir’ which we used for pool day and several meals.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views

Another fab holiday and our third time at Saneil. Each time we've stayed at different apartments but love this complex as it is beautifully kept and very clean. Lebi Derya has everything you could need and we always wish we could stay longer. There is always somebody on hand if you need any help (which was reassuring for us as my husband had just finished several months of cancer treatment). Sitting on the terrace looking at the amazing views was so relaxing and then a walk down into town for a delicious meal before grabbing a cheap taxi back. Communication with the owner is excellent and we couldn't fault any part of our holiday. Hope we can get back to Kalkan someday soon.

Fantastic Apartment with beautiful views

What a fantastic little piece of paradise. This apartment has everything you could possibly want in a home away from home. Washing machine, ironing board, air con and a large balcony with stunning views over Kalkan. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend. I have no doubt we will be returning some time in the near future.

Wonderful Apartment & Great Holiday

My girlfriend and I went to this apartment right at the end of the season. Both the weather and apartment were perfect. The owner and the staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was well equipped, ideally located, had a great pool and spectacular views of the bay. Kalkan itself is wonderfully relaxing with a great choice of places to eat. We plan on returning to this apartment next year and hopefully for many years to come.

lovely clen property with wonderful views

This was our 4th stay in Kalkan and this was the best property we have stayed in. the property had everything we needed, was lovely and clean with wonderful views. The onsite staff very very helpful. We even enjoyed walking back home up the steep hill after eating a lovely meal in the many restaurants as this helped us not to put too much weight on. My family and I have owned Lebi Derya for some years now and we absolutely love it. And beware, if you’ve not already come to Kalkan and Saneil apartments, you will too!

Why they chose this property

Kalkan has a unique appeal that’s hard to pin down til you’ve experienced it yourself. Turkey of course is poised between Europe and Asia, and travelling to Turkey feels more of an adventure with its cuisine and customs. The call to prayers echoing through the mountainside above Saneil at regular intervals is a wonderful reminder that you are in a different country.

Saneil itself is a distinctive high end complex, with just 15 apartments spread across the hillside. The shared landscaped pool and sun terrace is an absolute delight. It’s friendly but usually quiet, bathed in sunshine, and tranquil. You’re away from the hustle bustle of town in the day, but very close to get in for the evening and enjoy a rooftop restaurant dinner.

The community is part English part Turkish, and the friendly staff who look after the complex are on site. So you always feel on safe hands and have someone to call on if needed or you just want a new water cooler bottle, say.

Lebi Derya is first floor so boasts probably some of the best views in the complex of both Kalkan and Kalamar bay from its large private balcony but also the lounge and master bedroom. Come and experience for yourself!

What makes this property unique

I think I’ve said it all before, really. You just fall in love with the place. And I’m a big traveller, yet always drawn back here, as are my now grown up children.
