Villa Los Pulus is in The Nueva Andalucia Golf Valley - high end Gated Community-Easy Access to Puerto Banus

Villa Los Pulus is in a quiet and peaceful gated upmarket community of just 20 detached private villas in Nueva Andalusia, surrounded by countryside views and golf courses plus near a pretty lake with picnic tables and a children's play park. Villa Los Pulus also has panoramic sea views to the south and the La Concha mountain towers from the east side of the villa. The Villa Los Pulus is close to but not walkable to Puerto Banus. It is a short drive of 5 - 7 minutes or taxi about 10-12 Euros to the Port. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets in the surrounding area within Nueva Andalusia. This villa gives easy access to everything Puerto Banus and Marbella have to offer but you will be able to always retreat to the peace and quiet of the Villa at the end of the day. We offer local support via out English property managers, personal check in on arrival at the villa, and can even arrange airport pick up and drop off, please enquire.

New for 2016- Family and Child Safety features, Jacuzzi bath, Childsafe pool fencing, child friendly interior fittings.

July and August bookings are minimum 7 nights Sat-Sat.

Villa Los Pulus is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3,5 bathroom property with sauna, private heated pool and spectacular sea, Lake and La Concha mountain views. There are 2 double en-suite bedrooms. Located in a secure development of 20 exclusive high end villas with entrance operated by remote controlled gates. There is an attached parking space at the front of the villa. The villa is spread over three floors with the main living areas and kitchen at the entry level. Ample terraces for sunbathing and a good sized private optionally heated swimming pool. The bedrooms are furnished as 2 doubles and 2 twins. The master bedroom upstairs features a private sitting room and en-suite bathroom as well as a private terrace. There is plenty of terrace and pool side lounging furniture. Full hot and cold air-conditioning and the villa also features underfloor heating. The sauna has a picture window giving panoramic sea views with separate showers.

About Susan and Balu Dorani

We are full time employed healthcare professionals (doctor and nurse) in our day jobs. We live in Newcastle upon Tyne. Villa Los Pulus is our privately owned Spanish property, we hope to live part of the year in Spain sometime in the future. We know the Costa del Sol quite well, Marbella area in particular having been visiting here regularly for over 20 years.

Why Susan and Balu Dorani chose Marbella

Villa Los Pulus is our holiday home and future longer term residence. We hope eventually to live in Spain during the UK winter months. But this will be after retirement which is still some years away.

We visit Villa Los Pulus as ofter as we can and also have a few good friends living in Spain already. We have improved Villa Los Pulus considerably since we purchased it in 2006 and we feel we offer renters very good value for money.

What makes this villa unique

The privacy is great, Villa Los Pulus is in a peaceful location.

The neighbourhood is upmarket and secure in a gated community, the villas are well separated, being individual and detached. The immediate area had many golf courses, restaurants, bars and shops within a 5 to 10 minute drive.

The private pool which can be optionally heated with an environmentally friendly heat pump is another attraction.

Villa Los Pulus is in a more residential area, so it is away from the noise, pollution and crime of the coastal resorts, however it is quite close to Puerto Banus, nightclubs, restaurants, beaches and the motorways which can all be accessed in minutes only.

This is an outstanding property in all respects (brochure photos don't do it credit). The privacy afforded by the location, quality of household fittings and furnishings are excellent. The 'meet & greet' was very helpful.

We found everything we required in terms of cafes, restaurants and shops were all within a 5 minute drive (you will need a car).

Only criticism I would make concerns keys - there was only one set available. That's not enough when there are 8 people staying. This is a minor issue which I am sure will be easily remedied.

Utility Room: Second fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, ironing board and iron, golf clubs, skis and firewood container. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Weekend maid service for cleaning included, additional cleaning at cost if required. The swimming pool is cleaned once weekly all year and twice weekly in summer. Weekly gardener service. Optional pool heating in winter. Other: The bedrooms are furnished as 2 doubles and two twins. Beautiful & spacious villa in stunning location

Los Pulus is a beautiful & spacious villa, set in a stunning location just above above Puerto Banus, with sea and mountain views. Given it is in a small private enclave, it is very private and tranquil, yet only a few minutes drive from a number of beautiful beaaches and great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend!

Supercor (open 24/7) and Mercadona are also nearby supermarkets. Banks, restaurants, coffee shops and bars abound in the Centro Plaza in Nueva Andalucia. Yanx, an American Deli-Restaurant is well recommended. Near the Centro Plaza a street market is held every saturday and is a great place for bargains, including antiques, books, even flowers, fruit and veg.
