Cala D`Or beach within swimming distance, or 3 mins walk away.

Other beaches 4 or 10 mn. walk away. Beautiful National Park double beach of Mondrago 10 mn. drive.

Porto Petro and Porto Colom charming fishing villages respectively 7 and 15 mn. drive away.


Palma airport is 45 mn. and Palma port approx. 60 mn. drive by car from Cala D`0r. Taxi to Cala D`Or approx. 55 €. Car rental is recommended.


Cala D`Or village with all shopping facilities is 5 minutes walk away. Santanyi and Felanix, two typical mallorquin large villages with weekly market are 10 mn. drive away.

A 16th century monastery and a fortress dating from the Arabs invasion, offer a breathtaking view over most of the southern part of the island, can be reached in 20 min.

A deposit of 30% is required and not refundable
The balance of 70% is to be paid eight weeks before arrival.
In case of cancellation:
80% of balance is refunded if written cancellation is made between eight and six weeks before date of arrival;
50% of balance - if cancellation is made between six and four weeks.
No refund is made in the last four weeks before date of arrival.

Changeover Day:
Saturday; it can be flexible upon request.
