Outside: Lower terrace round table with chairs. Main terrace: long garden-table sits 12 people - terrace sitting furniture for 8 people - round table with 4 chairs. Several sunbathing areas with sunbeds, direct access to the sea from the double platform. Utility Room: Washing machine with ironing-table and iron, double washing sink. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. Towels are changed twice a week, linen are changed once a week, if staying over 7 days. Extra towels and linen can be arranged. Maid service 5 times a week for 3 hours. Other: A dining table on the large kidney-shaped terrace, overlooking the sea can accommodate 10 to 12 people.

Schöner lässt sich ein Familienurlaub kaum verbringen :-)

Nach langer Suche nach einem Objekt für einen 3-Generationen-Familienurlaub mit unterschiedlichsten Bedürfnissen sind wir glücklicherweise fündig geworden und haben eine extrem schöne Woche verbracht.

Wer keinen großen Wert auf sterile hochmoderne Ausstattung legt, sondern ein Objekt mit lebendiger klassisch majorkinischen Atmosphäre und rustikalem Atmosphäre mag und keinen Pool vermisst, ist hier goldrichtig.

Die Lage des gepflegten Grundstückes an einer sehr schönen Bucht mit ruhigen Strömungsverhältnissen (Schwimmen im Meer selbst für unsere Sechsjährige mit “Seepferdchen“gänzlich problemlos!) ist einfach unglaublich. Vom Sonnenbaden, über Schnorcheln und Paddeln ist von morgens bis abends alles möglich und das Objekt lässt auch zu, dass selbst 9 Familienmitglieder genügend Möglichkeiten haben, um sich bei Bedarf Freiräume zu schaffen).

Die Betreuung vor Ort kann nur als absolut perfekt und sehr herzlich bezeichnet werden!!!

Von der Hilfe bei einer Bootsmiete bis zu Restaurant- und Einkaufsempfehlungen (wirklich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß in den sehr belebten Ortskern) bekamen wir rund um die Uhr eine super Betreuung und fühlten uns somit eher wie Familienmitglieder, als als Touristen.

Fazit: Ein Traumurlaub für die gesamte Familie, den wir in dieser Form sehr gerne wiederholen würden.

Special interest holidays:

Scuba diving and rental boats can be booked at the Cala D`Or marina.


Cala D`Or beach within swimming distance, or 3 mins walk away.

Other beaches 4 or 10 mn. walk away. Beautiful National Park double beach of Mondrago 10 mn. drive.

Porto Petro and Porto Colom charming fishing villages respectively 7 and 15 mn. drive away.


Palma airport is 45 mn. and Palma port approx. 60 mn. drive by car from Cala D`0r. Taxi to Cala D`Or approx. 55 €. Car rental is recommended.


Cala D`Or village with all shopping facilities is 5 minutes walk away. Santanyi and Felanix, two typical mallorquin large villages with weekly market are 10 mn. drive away.

A 16th century monastery and a fortress dating from the Arabs invasion, offer a breathtaking view over most of the southern part of the island, can be reached in 20 min.

The balance of 70% is to be paid eight weeks before arrival.
In case of cancellation:

No refund is made in the last four weeks before date of arrival.
