Villa in El Alamillo, Puerto de Mazarron - Residential Location, Close Proximity to Beaches & the Port of Mazarron, WiFi

Attractive modern 4 bedroom house, situated in a residential area, with sea views from its 2 terraces. It is a 10-minute walk to the local beach, adjoining the sandy beach of Puerto de Mazarron, harbour and marina. The Puerto is within a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. There are some local restaurants and a pharmacy, within 5/10 minutes walk. Wide variety of restaurants and cafes/bars along the sea front in Puerto de Mazarron. A car is strongly recommended. It has its own private pool approx 7x3m, Jacuzzi, and built-in Barbeque. There are 2 terraces, including one to the master bedroom. Both sea and inland views are available from the house. It benefits from Central Heating for the cooler off-season months. The 3 upper bedrooms all have ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes.

Villa Craven is a very well equipped & spotlessly clean villa which has the added bonus of a private pool & 2 large outdoor terraces for making the most of the sunshine. Don the owner, was so helpful prior to our visit in ensuring that we were fully briefed on the area that we have never enjoyed such a hassle free holiday The villa is fantastic value for money given its generous size & facilities We intend to return 5/5 for value

Notes on accommodation: It is easily capable of allowing 2 families to share the accommodation. The single beds can be put together to form a double bed. Ceiling fans cool the upper bedrooms, and there are 2 freestanding fans. The £100 Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure from the villa, after property has been checked. Accidents easily happen & if so, a like for like replacement would be appreciated. Outside: Private pool, approx 7m x 3m, brand new Jacuzzi for up to 5/6 persons, built-in barbeque, outdoor shower for pool & Jacuzzi use. 68 sun-loungers, plus 2 outdoor dining tables for up to 12 persons. Please do not use the pool or Jacuzzi, without first showering off sun lotions etc. Lotions affect the water filtration systems. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided, although you will need to bring beach towels. Our home is fully cleaned between tenancies. Welcome Packs are available Other: 6 cushioned sun-loungers, and 2 outdoor dining tables with 12 comfortable chairs. A Travel-cot is provided

Very well maintained large house in nice residential area. Nicely furnished and well equipped.

We stayed here end of January/ beginning of Feb for a week. House has two very sunny terraces - one off the master bedroom. It is a big house, very well laid out with everything you need - central heating for the colder months when it gets chilly in the evening The kitchen is large with all modern equipment - even a dishwasher which is a huge bonus when going self catering! Well known supermarkets are near by. You really need a car if you are going to stay here - we used the house as a base and explored Puerto de Mazarron and surrounding area. There are some wonderful beaches and coves if you walk along the marked footpaths. Cartagena is fairly close and well worth a visit. Overall it was a great holiday. It was a pleasure coming back to such a nice well maintained property at the end of our days out. Don, the owner, is very easy to deal with and responds to any queries you may have very quickly.

Beautiful Villa!

Beautiful villa and views can see the sea from the balcony. Completely immaculate, very clean. Beach, bars and restraunts in walking distance of villa. Lush area very friendly locals made a local friend on our stay. Loved having the private pool and hot tub :D Hope to go back in the future, the owner Dom is lovely and very helpful and we thank you very much we had a lovely time :D

Bookings can be reserved by phone or email, confirmed once the deposit of 10% is received. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. An additional security deposit of £100 is required together with the balance. Cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to arrival will incur loss of 50% of the deposit. Between 12 weeks and 6 weeks prior, 25% of the full payment due. Cancellation within 6 weeks of the holiday will incur a cost of 50% of the full payment due.
