Just 5 mins walk is the river beach at Aubeterre. Royan and The Atlantic Coast is 1 hour 15 mins drive away.

Bordeaux and Bergerac airports are both just over an hour drive away. These are served by low cost airlines: Easyjet,Ryanair, Flybe and BMI baby. We are 5 hours drive from Caen and 7 - 8 hours from Calais.

Distances:

Visit the vineyards at St Emilion 45 mins, the pretty town of Brantome 45 mins. The historic town of Perigeux is worth a visit 60 mins. Cognac the home of Brandy 60 mins. Large supermarkets and bustling street markets are close at hand at Chalais 15 mins and Riberac 20 mins.
