Villa on Campo de Golf, Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura - Magnificent Location, Overlooking the Golf Course

This detached luxury villa, is situated on Fuerteventura’s first golf complex, just outside of Caleta De Fuste, 15 minutes drive from the Airport. The two storey property has magnificent panoramic views over the golf course, down to the sea which is only a 20 minute stroll away or a quick ride by car or free bus from the nearby 5 star hotel. The villa with its own outside private heated swimming pool is furnished to a high standard with seperate lounge and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathroom/shower rooms. Outside there are lovely spacious gardens and plenty of room to top-up your tan on the sun loungers. Guests also have the use of the large communal pool only 100 yards away. For golf enthusiasts the house overlooks the 18th tee of the course which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. The club house and driving range are only a few minutes walk away. If your dream is to sit on your private patio and be able to see the ocean and mountains, then look no further.

A spacious villa with magnificent views of the sea, mountains and golf course, all of which can be seen whilst sitting in the lounge and dining room as well as outside on the terrace. Within 20 minutes walk of a selection of restaurants and entertainment.

Being a slightly mature couple we wanted a honeymoon to be peaceful and quiet.

The villa was just amazing wth everything you could possibly need. So much space as well. The garden is kept really well and in keeping with the volcanic surrounding. The terrace, the patio were perfect for breakfast or dinner and the swimming pool was just perfect for calling down. All rooms were comfortable and honestly we could no have chosen anywhere else as perfect as Casa Magnolia.

Thank you Ralph and Teresa you ensured that our honeymoon was perfect and we hope to return soon.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is not suitable for children between the ages of 1 and 10 due to the low balconies and depth of the swimming pool (1.5m). There is a fitted security safe. The owners are constantly improving the accommodation. The villa was originally two houses until September 2007 when we acquired the other half. The external walls dividing the two properties have been removed and the gardens and patios have been merged for the enjoyment of our guests. Internally, the living areas have been connected by a feature archway giving a separate living room with spectacular sea and mountain views and a dining area with views of the pool and the sea. An archway goes from the master bedroom into the vacant half to create a dressing room which has it's own two seater sofa and spectacular views. This large villa does have other rooms that are not available to guests as they are used for storage by the owners. The villa has wi-fi connectivity on a pay as you go basis if you wish to take a laptop. Outside: The villa stands behind wooden gates and fencing for your privacy. There is a pretty established front garden filled with local plants. At the side and rear of the house there are large tiled areas for sunbathing and further gardens being planted out. There is a solar heated outdoor shower and a heated private swimming pool measuring approx 6.5m x 3.5m.The pool has roman steps leading down to a depth of 1.5m. A stone chimney barbecue is provided for guests use. There is a spotlight for those dark evenings to make sure you don't burn anything. The patio which has breathtaking views of the sea, mountains and golf course has a table and 6 chairs. There are also 4 sun loungers provided around the pool and a further four around the front of the property. Guests also have use of the large communal swimming pool just 100 yards away from the villa, for those who enjoy a good workout. Utility Room: Clothes airer, iron, ironing board, washing basket etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are provided (except beach towels). For guests staying over 1 week, the villa is cleaned at the end of every week with the towels and linen being changed at the same time. The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week. Other: The large patio area is equipped with a table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining, where you can relax and enjoy sea and mountain views.

One of the best

When arriving at the villa we were not disappointed, it was everything we had read and more.

The views of the sea, golf course and mountains were outstanding. The inside of the villa was spacious and had everything we could want. There was lots of space outside with lovely Canarian gardens which were lit up at night. We looked at the reviews on Owners Direct sister site Homeaway under reference number 409028 and can recommend that it is worth doing.

We walked into the town some nights and got a taxi other nights which only cost 4 Euros.

We can't wait to go back.

Booking Notes:
Terms and Conditions: A booking deposit of £50 per person is required. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £150 will be required on arrival and returned in full upon satisfactory inspection of the house on your day of departure. Any breakages will be deducted. The villa is non-smoking. Smokers are requested to smoke outside for the comfort of all our guests. No children between the ages of 1 and 10 years of age. No single sex bookings of more than 2 persons.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is usually Wednesday or Saturday but can be flexible at certain times of the year. Please ask for details.
Arrival time is 4.00pm. The villa must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and include pool heating all year round.
