Brilliant apartment in the Minerva complex in Benalmadena. Excellent views. Amazing pools and gardens. Minerva is one of the best blocks on the Gammonal. 24 hour reception and close to all amenities. Beach is 5/10 mins walk, Marina 10/15 mins. 20 mins from Malaga airport. If you are just after a weeks break or a long term winter let, the apartment has all you will need. From an free travel cot for the young ones to full oven for those that like home cooking.

About Dave

We live in England, My wife and I both took early retirement (50 ish) as we think, time together in later life is more important to us. We don't want to get old and say "we wish we had done that" We have 2 children. 1 has been in the RAF for over 17 years working on the Euro fighter. The other is a bus driver and his favorite song is 'the wheels on the bus go round and round'.

Dave purchased this apartment in 2005

Why Dave chose West Costa del Sol

We thought the apartment was brilliant and fell in love with it first viewing.

It is on the 7th floor with brilliant views. It had to be a corner apartment with the larger size balcony,saw the smaller 'stuck on' balconies and thought they weren't for us.

We fit air con, but rarely needed to use it as the draught can be controlled to keep the apt cool.

The area is just what we wanted. With the local bars and restaurants. It has a good balance of things to do in the area far too many to list. The pool area, for those just wanting to laze about, is the best in the area.

Just want to say your apartment was lovely, in a really good spot for everything, and like u said your pool is probably the best in the area. We had a nice evening in mijas and sampled some tapas and an eventful trip to Gibraltar....the monkeys are really funny .

Any way if we ever go to Benelmadena again i hope we could use your apartment, i have certainly recommended it to our family and friends.

Also we strongly advise you check the owners website link below. Please note we will not be increasing the prices for 2016. ( same as 2011 ) Our rates are more than competitive. In order not to be disappointed it would be better, if you have a date in mind, to book it whilst flights are cheaper. Outside: Large pools and excellent gardens, see picture as they paint a thousand words. We are situated next to Bonanza square area, that offers a wide variety of entertainment and eating places. Washing machine . Cleaning / Towels / Linen / provide on arrival Towels and bed linen included. Other: Large Corner wrap round balcony with brilliant views, sun morning until tea-time. Once you have had one of these, you will not want to go back to a smaller one........ Coin operated air-conditioning/heating (though due to open apartment seldom required).

Home from Home

As soon as we walked through the door it felt like home. Every bit of equipment that you would need was there, we have stayed in many apartments over the years in both Minerva and Jupiter and this was by far the best both for cleanliness and facilities. To sit on the balcony with a cup of tea watching the sun rise every morning (well 24 out of 28 mornings) was wonderful what a start to a day.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to family or friends and hopefully we will be back next year. If you are someone who wants 4/5* hotel service with clean laundry towells every day and maid service then this is not the place for you however if you want brilliant self catering facilities then this is the place for you.

A lovely clean apartment with great views, just the right size for four of us. Communication with Dave the owner great from start to finish, even down to the detailed instructions he leaves in the apartment. If we decide to go to Benalmadena again, will definately see if he has availability.

Wonderful!

This apartment is great. Fantastic location and wonderful far reaching views over to the sea and Paloma Park. Fabulous sunny balcony, ideal for people watching in Bonanza Square! The apartment is clean and spacious. David is very friendly and efficient. We have stayed three times and booked again for later this year. Booking for next year too,The pool and garden area is lovely, huge garden where a quiet spot can be found. Overall, the perfect holiday apartment!

I've booked quite a few holiday apartments and I think I can safely say that right from the start this was the best experience I've had. Dave, the owner, was an absolute gentleman to deal with. Everything so easily handled and dealt with.

The apartment itself was lovely, clean and with everything needed to make for an enjoyable holiday. Sea views,pool view, a view of Paloma park and also Bonanza square right beside you. The location halfway between Arroyo de la miel and the beach was ideal. We would sit on the balcony discussing what direction we would go after dinner.

Didn't eat out too much as we had everything needed for a quick meal in the kitchen with a supermarket just across the street.

Loved it so much we've already booked for next year.

A walk a day keeps retirees happy and gay!!!

Great location for Benalmadena, Torremollinos, Furengirola and even Malaga (if you enjoy sunny walks)

Supermarket very close to hand (Mas), along with lots of bars.

Great apartment views all along the coast.

Apartment complex pretty quiet.
