Brilliant apartment in the Minerva complex in Benalmadena. Excellent views. Amazing pools and gardens. Minerva is one of the best blocks on the Gammonal. 24 hour reception and close to all amenities. Beach is 5/10 mins walk, Marina 10/15 mins. 20 mins from Malaga airport. If you are just after a weeks break or a long term winter let, the apartment has all you will need. From an free travel cot for the young ones to full oven for those that like home cooking.

About Dave

We live in England, My wife and I both took early retirement (50 ish) as we think, time together in later life is more important to us. We don't want to get old and say "we wish we had done that" We have 2 children. 1 has been in the RAF for over 17 years working on the Euro fighter. The other is a bus driver and his favorite song is 'the wheels on the bus go round and round'.

Dave purchased this apartment in 2005

Why Dave chose West Costa del Sol

We thought the apartment was brilliant and fell in love with it first viewing.

It is on the 7th floor with brilliant views. It had to be a corner apartment with the larger size balcony,saw the smaller 'stuck on' balconies and thought they weren't for us.

We fit air con, but rarely needed to use it as the draught can be controlled to keep the apt cool.

The area is just what we wanted. With the local bars and restaurants. It has a good balance of things to do in the area far too many to list. The pool area, for those just wanting to laze about, is the best in the area.

Just want to say your apartment was lovely, in a really good spot for everything, and like u said your pool is probably the best in the area. We had a nice evening in mijas and sampled some tapas and an eventful trip to Gibraltar....the monkeys are really funny .

Any way if we ever go to Benelmadena again i hope we could use your apartment, i have certainly recommended it to our family and friends.

In order not to be disappointed it would be better, if you have a date in mind, to book it whilst flights are cheaper. Outside: Large pools and excellent gardens, see picture as they paint a thousand words. We are situated next to Bonanza square area, that offers a wide variety of entertainment and eating places. Washing machine . Cleaning / Towels / Linen / provide on arrival Towels and bed linen included. Other: Large Corner wrap round balcony with brilliant views, sun morning until tea-time. Once you have had one of these, you will not want to go back to a smaller one........ Coin operated air-conditioning/heating (though due to open apartment seldom required).

A walk a day keeps retirees happy and gay!!!

Great location for Benalmadena, Torremollinos, Furengirola and even Malaga (if you enjoy sunny walks)

Supermarket very close to hand (Mas), along with lots of bars.

Great apartment views all along the coast.

Apartment complex pretty quiet.

Sun lovers delight

Excellent communication, explanation and guidance - nothing is too much for Dave. The apartment is in a best position, you can see the sun from dawn to dusk with amazing views ( winter stay ). The apartment is generously stocked - plenty of everything, roomy and clean, will return and definitely recommend.

Stayed for one week and did not want to come home. Great apartment. Great location. Lots of bars and restaurants near by. Lovely private balcony to relax. Very handy for buses and trains to explore. Thanks Jan and Dave.

Brilliant Apartment

This was our 5th stay at the Minerva/Jupiter Complex and Daves Apartment was by far the best. Really clean and comfortable, well equipped, fantastic balcony and views with a lovely breeze running through the Apartment. Restaurants and Bars just across the road, Dave was always easy to contact regarding the booking and really helpful. We will be returning next year. Thanks very much.

Fantastic Apartment

Just returned from a weeks stay at this fantastic apartment . It is equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has got english channels on the television aswell which is an added bonus. The apartment is situated over the road fron Bonanza and Ibenza squares that house lots of cheap bars and restaurants . Booking was really easy Dave the owner is on hand and is very helpul through the whole process from booking the apartment- through your stay and afterwards on your return

Me and my husband would not hesitate in staying here again .
