Situated in a select and quiet residential area of Moraira in an elevated position with beautiful views over the valley and sea. Casa Julieta is set on a large plot with private pool which receives the sun all day and mature gardens. Just 3 minutes drive (2km) from Moraira, where there are sandy beaches, shops, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The property is fully enclosed with a gate to the pool area ensuring a safe environment for children. Parking is behind locked gates. The property is air conditioned throughout, it can be rented as either 2,3, or 5 bedrooms, there would only ever be one let at a time, thus you would have sole use of the pool and property.

'The villa was really well equipped, clean and suited our needs perfectly. We had three families staying here and never once felt on top of each other. The town had a nice array of bars and restaurants and the villa was just far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough for easy access. We never felt overlooked by any of the adjacent properties and the pool area was perfect for our needs The owner Martin was an excellent communicator and we could not fault it in any way. 'Great location-easy access to local villages, beaches and the major roads. Beautiful views. Every room well equipped and plenty of space for two families to either mix together but also have some privacy as well. Very efficient air-con. Comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay in this well maintained villa. It was built at a time when plots were larger so you get plenty of room and it feels private. Nice pool, good quality sunloungers and outside furniture and loads of personal touches like games, books & English TV channels. Would recommend to anybody.

Another relaxing holiday at Casa Julieta. This is the 3rd time we've stayed.

Amazing pool area with the sun all day, home from home facilities. Great location. Hope to stay again next time we're in Moraira.

Top quality Villa!

As a retired couple we have holidayed at this villa, mid September to mid October each year scince 2011, we are returning this year and have already booked for the next year (2014). The villa is spacious and comfortable. The location is peaceful with good views. Moraira is a dealightful town with all amentis for a perfect holiday for all ages. Any problems that might occur at the Villa are quickly and efficiently dealt with by the local managment team. The owners are really nice people to deal with. Its a great place for a holiday!!!

Relaxing villa

We hired the whole villa for two weeks even though there were only four in our party. This gave our son and his partner-who slept downstairs-and ourselves a certain amount of privacy. We all agreed it was a fantastic place and had all that we needed.

Loved sitting in the naya admiring the views, especially on the nights when it was not quite warm enough to stay outside.

Very large driveway for parking two cars with lots of room to spare.

The pool and bbq area were spot on with plenty of space and loungers. We had quite a few bbq's over the holiday and found the supermarkets had a good selection of meats and fish.

Moraira itself is a lovely town with a decent selection of bars and restaurants and no "lager louts". However, when we ate out we tended to go to places outside the town centre.

Moraira is great for children with a good beach and small fun-fair.

This was the third year running that we have been to Moraira staying at different villas each time - Casa Julieta is the best! We will certainly use Casa Julieta when we visit Moraira again-which will happen.

Having discovered Moraira in 1999 and taken holidays there every year since, we decided to buy a property. The property required full renovation and a lot of hard work to make it into the home it is today. We take great pride in ensuring that every guest enjoys their holiday and will want to return, which many have done. The villa is particularly suited to large parties, with 2 families or friends sharing. The area is one of the most beautiful areas you can find, being very green and picturesque with plenty to do in the surrounding areas. The town is perfect for families, with children being in a safe environment. When we holiday elsewhere as a family, a comparison is always made with Moraira and nowhere beats it.

Travel:

The property is situated 3 mins drive from Moraira where there is an excellent blue flag sandy beach, which is ideal for children. Distances:

Moraira is 3 mins drive, or a 25 min walk, Taxis are available in the town. There are local shops and bars within a 15 min walk where all necessary requirements can be purchased. The larger towns of Calpe and Javea are approx 15 mins drive, and the beautiful Jalon valley is only a short distance away.

Changeover Day:
Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday, however outside of the main season; it may be possible to arrange alternative arrival and departure days. Arrival time is after 4pm and on day of departure vacation is requested by 10am.

The area and the property just leaves you feeling totally relaxed. The villa is situated in a very quiet location with beautiful views over the valley and the sea. Car hire is recommended because there is so much to do a short drive from the villa, from the bustle of Benidorm to the tranquility of the Jalon valley.
