Activity and Interests


Our local beach is just across the road - 5 mins walk, where you will find sunbeds and umbrellas, a nice beach bar, and Max Beach Restaurant and bar. Other nice beaches are a 5/10 minute drive e.g. La Cala and Puerto Cabopino.


The apartment is approximately a 25 minute drive from Malaga Airport with good motorway access. Car Hire is good if you wish to visit surrounding places of interest or travel futher afield but is not essential. There are good local bus services which stop right outside our Urbanisation. There is also a train service which can be accessed directly from Malaga Airport taking you as far as Fuengirola.


The apartment is situated halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella - a 15 minute drive to each. La Cala is only a 5 minute drive away towards Fuengirola. Other places of interest are: Mijas set in the hills behind Fuengirola, Puerta Banus (where all the millionaires dock their boats!) The Alambra Palace at Granada - 2 hour drive and Gibraltar - approximately 1 hour drive.

Further Details:

Our apartment block is near the front of the Urbanisation with easy access to amenities. Supermarkets and shops only a 3/4 minute walk away together with banks, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. Also near is "El Zoco" Centre with its variety of shops, bars and more indoor & outdoor restaurants set by fountains & foliage. Mijas Aqua Park is a 15 min drive to Fuengirola, also accessible is Tivoli World near Torremolinos (30 min drive)both good fun for children. Fuengirola also has a zoo.

If you would like to make a booking a deposit of £50 is required with the balance to be paid four weeks prior to your departure.

Changeover Day:
During summer months our preferred change over days are Fri/Sat/Sun dependent on bookings. However this is flexible as are other times of the year. Arrival and departure times are also flexible, dependent on other guests.

Notes on prices:
Prices are per week in UK pounds. Increased prices will apply for periods such as Easter and Christmas etc. Reduced rates for longer winter lets. As part of the rental cost there is also a charge of 50 euros to be left at the end of your stay in Spain. Special offers may be available for late bookings depending on season.

  • Notes on accommodation: Electricity is included in the rental cost. Gas Bottles for hot water & gas hob, can be purchased from the Caretaker at the cost of 18 Euros. The apartment is suitable for children, especially the lovely pool which they all seem to enjoy. Outside: Surrounding the 25 Metre Circular Pool are grassed gardens and pine trees where you can relax in either sun or shade. Our own garden chairs and loungers are stored in our apartment for use in the garden area. The swimming pool opening season is from 16 June until 16 September. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Clean linen is stored in the apartment and is available for your use, if you wish to change, dependent on the length of your stay. Other: Sun-lounge area comprises of large double glazed sliding windows which pull back and overlook the pool and gardens. There is a small bistro table and 4 chairs offering an alternative place to sit and enjoy the view overlooking the pool and gardens.
