This 2 bedroom (both en-suite) Luxury 6 year old apartment is situated in the newest and most prestigious development at Punta Prima (Costa Blanca South) in Spain. It is luxuriously appointed on the first floor with a full size swimming pool immediately outside - perfect to keep an eye on the kids ! Fully ducted air conditioning is throughout plus heated floors in the bathrooms. Underground garage parking is available and the apartment is situated in beautiful gardens. Only a 1 minute walk to the beach and to nearby bars/restaurants. Ideal for a relaxing family, beach or golfing holiday. No car required as all you could need is nearby. The resort offers everything you could ask for, including its very own secure complex with private pools and nearby beaches. You wont be disappointed! The local beaches have earned many European Blue Flags and they vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pinewood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches (although you do have to hunt them out).

The apartment is extremely clean and fully equipped throughout. everything needed is on hand. Furnishings are clean , tidy and comfortable and the block is set in lovely grounds. Bars . restaurants are plentiful and nearby. The Med is just 500 m away (though a bit cold in Jan).

A beautiful apartment and Peter, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed there for just under 3 weeks from mid September to early October and had no complaints at all.

fabulouse holiday

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Clean, spacious and well equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. The complex was beautiful with choice of pools surrounded by well maintained gardens. Close to all shops,restaurants etc. Peter was lovely and happy to answer any queries. I would highly reccomend this apartment to anyone.

Punta Prima 2 bedroom appartment

My 3 daughters and I stayed at the apartment for 10 days. The appartment is lovely and well equipped. There is a lovely shady balcony where we enjoyed our lunches and dinners. There is a supermarket 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. There are lovely walks to Torrevieja (45-50 mins) and to Playa Flamenca (40 mins) along the sea front. There are 3 lovely pools in the complex which were not over busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Good, clean apartment

Apartment was well presented and the property management people met us at the door to show us around. Fantastic location, a minute walk from the beach with loads of bars in the area. We had a problem with the electricity on our first day. Even though the property management lady was on holiday she still answered our call and promised someone would contact us that afternoon. The electrician didn't contact us until 9pm and showed up at 11pm. We had to wait up for him but he sorted the electricity out and no issues after that.

The apartment is located just one minute from the nearby Punta Prima beach and beach restaurant. Other beaches, including Torrevieja, Cabaroig, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are only 10 minutes from the apartment. The local beaches have earned many European Blue Flags and they vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pinewood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches (although you do have to hunt them out).

Travel:

Murcia, St. Javier airport is 30 mins away. Alicante international airport is 50 mins to 1 hour away. Both airports are easily accessible via the AP7 Auto Pista and the N332 coast road. The new, Corvera 'Global' Airport is under construction and will be some 40 mins journey time from the apartment. Airport and Local travel transportation can be arranged at additional costs locally for you. Car Hire meet and greet can also be arranged at additional local cost.

Distances:

Torrevieja (10 mins), originally an old fishing village, has developed recently into a delightful resort, with everything you could want and a fine beach front promenade. The town offers a fabulous range of facilities, including the lovely esplanade, with its outdoor cafes, harbour and marina. The town centre offers a range of typically Spanish shopping streets. Alicante city is 50 mins to 1 hour journey and well worth a visit. Historic Murcia City is 30 mins inland and is a delightful.

Further Details:

There is an abundance of good quality local bars, restaurants, shops, banks and everything you could possibly want all within 10 mins away from the apartment. A car is not needed as everything surrounds you, making this an ideal location for a relaxing beach and sun holiday. Aqua parks are nearby in Torrevieja and elsewhere in the area. Local transport such as buses and taxi's are reliable and close by. Punta Prima really does offer everything for that relaxing family holiday or for excursions to nearby Golf courses. It is located close to all transport networks (road, rail and air), and lies adjacent to the nearby Mediterranean beach.
