This 2 bedroom (both en-suite) Luxury 6 year old apartment is situated in the newest and most prestigious development at Punta Prima (Costa Blanca South) in Spain. It is luxuriously appointed on the first floor with a full size swimming pool immediately outside - perfect to keep an eye on the kids ! Fully ducted air conditioning is throughout plus heated floors in the bathrooms. Underground garage parking is available and the apartment is situated in beautiful gardens. Only a 1 minute walk to the beach and to nearby bars/restaurants. Ideal for a relaxing family, beach or golfing holiday. No car required as all you could need is nearby. The resort offers everything you could ask for, including its very own secure complex with private pools and nearby beaches. You wont be disappointed! The local beaches have earned many European Blue Flags and they vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pinewood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches (although you do have to hunt them out).

The apartment is extremely clean and fully equipped throughout. everything needed is on hand. Furnishings are clean , tidy and comfortable and the block is set in lovely grounds. Bars . restaurants are plentiful and nearby. The Med is just 500 m away (though a bit cold in Jan).

The property is generallly speaking OK, in a nice area close to the beach. But... but the flat was very cold when we arrived and the person who gave us the keys was unable to set up the heating system. Also the kitchen stuff is weary and old, for example the micro wave oven is broken, all pans are kaput, and the electric system is too weak, you cannot use the oven and water boiler at the same time, the whole elecric system will switch off if you do that... Also some furnitures are very old... Also I haven't had a bill of the rent and services I had to pay, I still wait for them after 5 days... you should improve, update and invest, not just cash the money, Mr. Stephens... Still waiting for the receipt, Peter...

Owner's Response: Pleases see other very complimentary reviews. The appalling weather unfortunately could not be controlled . Un-seasonally cold weather was experienced during their stay however the heating was and is perfectly adequate. sadly mid-summer temperatures cannot be guaranteed in mid-winter !! The apartment is fully 'well equipped' and all furniture is in excellent condition and well maintained. The kitchen equipment , in the main, is all relatively new , (less than 2 years old). The heating/ cooling has been perfectly good for all other guests ( as above - see other complimentary reviews and absolutely no concerns raised regarding the heating etc). The guest complained that the heating did not work on arrival , yet had not listened to instructions as to how to operate the system. The microwave oven , absolutely is not broken - the guest simply didn't know how to use it and was so impatient that he didn't want to be shown by the agent on arrival. Notably this review was posted as 'Anonymous'. Folk that wont put their name to things Huh , dont you love them .....

A beautiful apartment and Peter, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed there for just under 3 weeks from mid September to early October and had no complaints at all.

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Clean, spacious and well equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. The complex was beautiful with choice of pools surrounded by well maintained gardens. Close to all shops,restaurants etc. Peter was lovely and happy to answer any queries. I would highly reccomend this apartment to anyone.

Punta Prima 2 bedroom appartment

My 3 daughters and I stayed at the apartment for 10 days. The appartment is lovely and well equipped. There is a lovely shady balcony where we enjoyed our lunches and dinners. There is a supermarket 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. There are lovely walks to Torrevieja (45-50 mins) and to Playa Flamenca (40 mins) along the sea front. There are 3 lovely pools in the complex which were not over busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Good, clean apartment

Apartment was well presented and the property management people met us at the door to show us around. Fantastic location, a minute walk from the beach with loads of bars in the area. We had a problem with the electricity on our first day. Even though the property management lady was on holiday she still answered our call and promised someone would contact us that afternoon. The electrician didn't contact us until 9pm and showed up at 11pm. We had to wait up for him but he sorted the electricity out and no issues after that.
