This property is in a great location for holidays. It is in the upmarket Las Americas complexes. That is, it is in Corralejo Town. It is not way out of town trying to convince you of a town location, as seems to be common these days (for example La Cappellenia and others).
This well located corner plot bungalow can sleep up to six. The bungalow is located in Corralejo Town (near 'Baku' water park). The complex is Las Americas, which is a secure gated community. It is an easy walk to the start of parque Natural beaches and to the town centre bars and shops. The property is on the same row as the swim pool which is close by (most are not), so this is also a plus for the house.
It will easily sleep 6 in the property's two bedrooms (bedroom two can sleep 3) and one of the three seater bed settees in the living room.
There is a spectacular 60sq.m roof solarium with views to Lanzarote and the mountains. There is a secluded 50sq.m tiled rear patio with barbecue (BBQ). The two terraces are very private and secluded from winds. There is private off road parking.
There is a communal pool and infant pool. High speed ADSL 3MB (fast internet) - digital, straight down the phone (10 times faster than most). There are reclining back sun loungers, outside eating table with 6 chairs, parasol.
A short walk from the beaches of the Parque Natural and main shops / bars. A good location in Corralejo. Mercadona Supermarket and Tiffanys cafe bar are close by.

BEST HOLIDAY LOCATION EVER!!!!
This is my second time renting with Iain but 1st time in this property. I have always found Iain to be honest, courteous & extremely helpful. We are a family of 4, 2 adults, a child & a lovely moody teen 😂. We had a FAB holiday here. The house is just beautiful, it has absoloutely everything you need on a holiday and more!! There is a folder with lots of information about the area provided. The house was SPOTLESS clean. The roof top solarium is a sun trap if you like sunbathing ☀️. The back yard is well kept & has the sun for the most of the day, thankfully it shades in parts as the evening goes on (there was a heatwave when we were there😅)We were greeted by Jane who is lovely & a great character. There was milk, tea, coffee & water on arrival, everything you need to get your bearings & shake the flight off you 😉. Jane was great for pointing out the local area spots and some recommendations for food etc. The pool is great & very quiet, it never gets crowded, we had it to,ourselves a few times. The only small thing regarding the pool is the sun loungers, they are now locked & each house has to have their own. Some of the locals took the lounger back from us as it was theirs(or so they said) but this wasn't a problem for us as we don't sunbathe & just used 1 lounger to put our towels etc on. The pool is ridiculously close to the house 😃 just brilliant as our 10 yr old thinks she is a mermaid! So down in mornings for swim, home for lunch & R&R & back down for an evening swim. It is about 15-20mins walk into the strip but it is a lovely walk. There are also taxis just 5-10mins walk away outside Tiffanys & the few local shops there & they are only €4.the big plus for us was the very large supermarket only 10 mins up the hill. This has EVERYTHING you could possibly need & is the biggest & cheapest in the town😃. We would recomend Clarkies Irish Pub just around the corner from the taxi rank. Very big portions for a fraction of the cost that's in the town, they stop serving food at 5pm but do snacks after that time. We really l❤️ved this house & the location. I don't think anyone could find anything negative about this house & location. My husband didn't want to put up such a good review as he said it would push the demand for the house up & probably shoot ourselves in the foot for rebooking 😂!! Definitely going back here next year. Excellent size,lovely and clean good location
The house was a good size and clean. Everything in the kitchen you might need. We did make good use of the BBC as the weather was scorching all week, also made use of the pool to get cool.
We went to relax and unload some stress from our jobs
And this was perfect. We hired a car, so we went up the mountains and able to go to cottillo which was lovely and able to get in the sea. We would definitely book again as fuerteventura is a favorite for us, we met there ten years ago .

This property was excellent for our stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The sun terrace and bbq area are a sun trap! We bought a paddling pool for our 4 year old to keep cool out there if we were having a bbq! The pools on the complex are lovely. The picture on the site does not do the main pool justice as it a lot larger than it looks. We pretty much had the pools to ourselves most days. The property was a little further out of corralejo than we realised but was no problems a taxis closeby and very reasonable. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Lovely holiday in a great roof terrace !
We loved this bungalow. We spent a whole week on the roof terrace just lounging !!!. Really private and sheltered. A true sun trap. At night we drank in the lovely rear patio and ate from the barbecue. We intended to go out at night but most of the time we just could not be bothered. The property was that comfortable. We had proper British TV and great Internet so all was perfect really. We like the house. It we spotless clean and very hip and modern. Agent met us and was really good. I would book again. This is my third time in Corralejo and this house is the one for me. Finbar. Cork. May 16.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY
This is a great property to rent in Fuerteventura. The owner made everything so easy to book and gave loads of information re directions, car hire etc. Responded very quickly to emails. Onsite agent was very responsive too and gave a great recommendation to visit El Cotillo for great lagoons for the kids to swim in (about a 20 min drive away). The bungalow is very clean and in a quiet residential area. The pool is excellent and we had it to ourselves a few times. Location is good, we had a car as we had two kids, but not necessary if you like walking to nearby shops & restaurants. Would recommend the pizza restaurant beside the English Shop at the roundabout with the three pillars. Also Meson Las Tejas in Corralejo.
Great value for money, lovely clean property
Great situation, handy for shops, well laid out and quiet, just what we wanted. Offered great privacy and if you are fed up with hotels this is the ideal villa. Went as a couple but can see the advantages for kids too. I don't normally do reviews but this really was lovely, a welcome peaceful break. Extras like WiFi and tv were a bonus. Surprised by price as have paid much more for much less in same area. The owner replied quickly to my emails and on site support (cannot remember name sorry!) was really helpful. No hesitation in recommending ,100%

“I had travelled a lot in the Canaries. Done many golf holidays in Tenerife and guys holidays in Gran Canaria and family holidays in Lanzarote. I reluctantly booked a package holiday to Fuerteventura one year thinking it this was the poor man's Canary Island. How wrong could I be. It was simply stunning. I had never seem beaches in Europe this good. The low rise building were colourful and looked Andalusian in design (none of that boring white stuff with blue windows or tall tower blocks). The property prices seemed to be about 25% cheaper than the other Canary islands and yet the island was 125% more beautiful. Fuerteventura to me means that once you visit it, you will never go back to Lanzarote or Gran Canaria etc.”
Activity and Interests
Coast / Beachs:
The spectacular beaches and sand dunes of the Parque Natural are only 1 to 2km away. These beaches stretch for several kilometers and include Oliva beach, the famous Flag beach and Waikiki beach. The dunes need to be seen. This area of town is basically as close as you are going to get to these stunning beaches.
Supermarket and Breakfast Cafe etc
There is a large Mercadona Supermarket close to the house. You can see the bill-board sign from the roof terrace. In the opposite direction, the landmark Tiffanys breakfast bar is only a few hundred meters away also. There are a range of shops here. You are well located. There is taxi rank and bus stop here also for exploring further.
Travel and Airport Transfers:
The airport at Puerto del Rosario is 30 minutes away by car. I can arrange airport transfers for you at only 80 euros return for 4 people. If there are six people, call me. Car hire is not necessary you are within an walk of all amenities. But, car hire is cheap, and if you do hire a car, and there are so many spectacular places to see that it would be a shame not to, you will find that you are only a short drive from the Chipmunks, the mountains and the harbour, the zoo.
Distances / Location:
It is not necessary to hire a car at this house. The house is actually in the town of Corralejo. It is not 3km outside of town and yet still calls itself Corralejo. You have a short walk to the old town and harbour area and the start of Oliva beach (which streches for miles).

We do not charge (unfair) damages deposits. We operate on trust. Only a 15% deposit to book for one and two week holidays. Pay the balance about 8 weeks before you go. Simple. Low deposit and low risk to you.

“Location. Location. Location and Value for Money. This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town. The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great Wifi and real proper British TV (BBC, ITV etc). This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years. The USP of this property is the space and views. In truth, pound for pound for pound, there is no better value. It blows away most properties. The wifi is fast and strong and will be ideal if you need to catch up on work or stream video. The real BBC / ITV etc TV helps parents - it is genuine - watch out for the trick of properties quoting English TV only for you to find out that is English but is actually no English channels that you have ever heard of. I have loads of reviews and a 13 year track record, as evidenced by c539 - one of the original Owners Direct numbers.”
