Apartment in Benalmadena, Costa del Sol - Wonderful Mountain Views

Edificio Timon is located at the foothills of Mijas Costa in one of the most sought after areas in Andalucia. The apartment enjoys both tropical garden and mountain views. It is conveniently located a stone strow away from the beach, local harbour and a thirty minute drive from Malaga airport. Also within an hour drive you will find yourself in the cosmopolitan town of Marbella and Puerto Banus with its variety of bars, restaurants and shops. A 10 minute walk will take you to Arroyo de Miel a good size town with train station, hospital and all the necessary amenities. The cities if Cadiz, Seville and Granada are approximately 2 hours away by car. Excellent golf is in abundance with more than 10 courses being less than 5 minutes drive away.

Couldn't have asked for more! Excellent apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable apartment. It's situated in a quiet, safe complex near to the beach. All amenities are close by and the taxi rank, shops and excursions office are very near. The beds are very comfortable and, although it was hot, the fans in the bedrooms were sufficient to keep the rooms cool. My Mother was in a wheelchair part of the time and we had no problem with access through the garage to the lift. This complex appears to be mainly Spanish owned, consequently there were very few people around the pools during the day and occasionally we had the pool to ourselves. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and I would also recommend a trip to Benalmadena Pueblo for a meal in the evening at La Fuente or El Muro, both excellent. Thanks again to Suzanne for all her help beforehand and Michelle while we were there. I'm already looking forward to booking again for next year!

My 5th time in this apartment

The apartment in Benalmedina is a joy to behold. Set in a secure location with beautiful gardens and a shared swimming pool. 50 metres to the beach, taxi rank outside the main gate. The apartment itself on the 1st floor is beautiful and stylish with all that you require for a self catering holiday. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can easily cater for up to 6 persons. There are plenty of restaurants within a 3 minute walk and a supermarket within 10 minute walk. This is my 5th visit to this apartment and long may Suzanne continue with the rental of it.

Great apartment fantastic location

Stayed in this apartment with 5 friends and we had a great time, plenty of room for the 6 of us, fantastic location. Friends only stayed for 4 nights then it was just myself and my partner but we still enjoyed the apartment, everything you could need in the apartment...a bit like home from home, very comfortable and secure. Great location so near to the beach, bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the marina. Spent some days round both pools which was very relaxing, never too many round the pool even had it to ourselves on some days. Suzanne couldn't be more helpful was very easy to book and great communication and I will say the same about Michelle who is on hand should you need any help during your stay. We all had a fantastic holiday and stayed in this perfect apartment, would book again and 100% recommend. Thanks Suzanne....great place xx

Perfect Apartment

We have stayed in this apartment at least 5 times and always found it spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We choose to always eat out but the kitchen contains everything you would want to cook meals. The apartment is minutes from the beach, taxis just outside the apartment and bus stops also minutes away. There are many nice restaurants to visit. We have stayed in many different apartments in this area but this is our feavourite. There's always plenty of towels ( which you rarely get in most apartments ) and everything seems to work. The booking process is very straight forward and Suzanne is very helpful. We will definitely be staying there again and would recommend it.

perfect

we are just back from 2 weeks in this apartment. We found it perfect. there are 2 pools one has a children's pool attached to it and there are life guards on duty all day. the apt has everything you would need. there were 4 adults and 2 children and we found it very spacious and very safe. There is no air con but it stays nice and cool and has blackout blinds for the night time. it is very central and close to the beach, bars and restaurants. the marina is about a 15 min stroll on the beach front. we would definitely go back. thanks Suzanne.
